SKILES HOME IMPROVEMENTS

Previous deck company that put the deck in last fall would not replace the cracked boards. Shelton came out within 3 days of calling him and he gave us an estimate to replace the boards. Once we scheduled the work, it was done on time and looks great. They also followed up the next day with a call to make sure we were happy with the work. We were very pleased with them!

Mr. Skiles came to the house to examine the brick work to be done and returned a very fair bid within a few days. References were also provided when asked. The calls we made were highly favorable. The crew arrived on the day scheduled and, when faced with finishing in a timely manner, worked through light rain all day to be finished on time. They also did a good job of cleaning up when the job was finished. Mr. Skiles inspected the job carefully before taking the final payment. We feel they did an excellent job! Our house has difficult to match brick and it looks great. We were so pleased with their work that we plan to have them come bid other home improvement jobs in the future.

I called this company on several occasions, and left several voice mails. I was finally called back on the Oct 3rd advising they were out of town. The female asked when would I be available and I advised her, I would be available Oct 9th and 10th. She stated she was not sure of his schedule and she would get back with me, as of this date 3:16 PM, Oct 10th I have not heard from this company. I think it is unprofessional for companies not to respond to potential customers.
