It took a couple of months, a couple of emails and a couple of phone calls, but it is done and looks good. My old mailbox was still functional so, waiting for him was not a big deal. It just looked bad due to years of weathering. If I had been desperate to get a new mailbox this would not have been acceptable. To their credit, Signhouse apologized for taking so long and offered to give me the box at their cost and he installed it for me. All is well that ends well.

We live in a community where the association sets guidelines for matching mailboxes and mailbox posts. After searching the city, no one carries the mailbox post in this style or the mailbox in this color. UGH! We called Sign House, because our management association said they used them to purchase the original mailboxes. Sign House was able to build us a beautiful new post and repaired the mailbox as the screws had only rusted, which saved us over $30. They were quick with the services and fair in their pricing. Thanks again Sign House!
Description of Work: Our mailbox post was broken in half and our mailbox door had come off. We needed some new things quickly.

It was a good experience. Unfortunately, he was caught in the rain during the last couple of weeks. He came out and actually took a picture of our old post. He sent it through my phone. Then he came out and measured it. We bought this house used, and the post that we had in actually was not quite a match for our neighbor post. He pointed that out, and he said he would do whatever we wanted; but we ultimately did a post combination that matched everybody else's, so there was some consistency to what had taken place. He put a type of cap on it. He used my existing mailbox, which was really new. He just replaced the post. He was very thorough. We had a certain color that we wanted to have it painted. He actually picked it up, and put in two coats of paint on it. He did a very nice job. The timing was a bit slowly, just by going back and forth. Then he was getting calls from other jobs, and the rain we had, so it was little behind and back. We paid $200 for the post, and he discounted it because he had a rain delay. He offered to do, which I did not ask for. He was very courteous, and he was very good to deal with. We were delighted with the quality and thoroughness of what he did. We got it replaced for half the price of what our neighbor paid for.
Description of Work: We used Sign House LLC to replace the mailbox post two days ago.

Someone hit my mailbox post in the middle of the night. The wood was shattered and I could not get my mail delivered. I called my homeowner's association. They provided me the names and numbers of three companies they recommend. I checked them out on Angie's List. I had to leave a message on the first one I called. They never called back. Next, I called Signhouse. Mr. Bradshaw answered the phone and knew exactly what post I needed. He gave me a day he could come and an estimate of the price. He showed up when he said he would and got to work immediately. The price was exactly what he quoted.
Description of Work: Mr. Bradshaw replaced my broken mailbox post, concreted it in, attached the mailbox to the post, painted it the appropriate color, and disposed of the broken post.

Mr. Bradshaw was quick, efficient, did quality work and had a likable personality. I gave him a B for punctuality because, due to having so many persons requesting his services and a job before me required more of his time, he was not able to get to me on Saturday as he originally stated.
Description of Work: My mailbox was knocked down on a Thursday. I called Mr. Bradshaw late that afternoon. I texted a picture of my particular type of mailbox (the one knocked down). He let me know he had several jobs before me, due to others having the same problem (mailbox knocked down) and couldn't get to me till Saturday. He was not able to get to me on Saturday, but he communicated that he for sure would be able to on Sunday, and I did not have to be home when he did the service. He came Sunday afternoon and did an excellent job.
