I thought they were very professional and did a very good job. They took very good care of my belongings as they moved it all.

They're not the cheapest, but we trusted them to move, store and move again our belongings. No wall/carpet damage. Only 2 broken items. Easy to schedule and punctual. Excellent help if you're overwhelmed.

I ended up having a very good experience. The movers were helpful, on-time, and courteous. I honestly don't have a whole lot to say, which meant they did a very good job.

It was one of those hot weekends when I moved, but they kept working. They got us loaded up, and unloaded and put everything where where we wanted it. They were so good that my mother-in-law is now using them.

This was the first time I had used Sherman Moving and I could not have been more pleased with their services. The three men assigned to the move were extremely helpful and showed the kind of courtesy and respect, that is hard to find these days. They used caution at every twist and turn to assure that the furniture arrived in the same condition, as they received it. The company also, went up and above the call of duty, by offering to store the furniture on the truck in the warehouse overnight, since my new location was not completely ready for receiving. Better yet, they didn't charge me for the overnight storage. Great experience. I have already referred another moving client to the company.

THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. ONE OF THE MEN NOTICED THAT THE LEGS ON AN ANTIQUE DINING ROOM TABLE WERE ON BACKWARDS AND HE TOOK IT APART AND TURNED THEM AROUND. THEY DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB.

I thought they did a great job - they did not take any breaks and just kept going. I would definitely use them again.

They didn't empty the water hose in the washing machine and the hose fell out on the basement stairs and water went everywhere and one of the guys slipped. One of the movers was rude, complaining and irritated that he had to be there. I think the team leader talked to him and he apologized but it came across very sarcastic. I felt very un-easy with them. I would probably not use them again. They charged us an hour drive time and their office is a few block away.

This is the third move I've done with Sherman, and I would never hire anyone else. Crew of three worked hard, and didn't scratch, dent, or break a single thing - despite the fact they were cramming all of my stuff into a home about half the size it came out of. They worked 8 hours, full out.

Work was performed well but slowly. Two motivated men could have gotten more done than the 3 that were provided.

Overall it was not a smooth move but that had nothing to do with Sherman Movers. The guys were very quick and efficient. Special thanks to Jason for staying and working on his own time to prevent my things staying on the sidewalk. I do not believe my coupon was deducted from my bill.

Jason contacted me promptly after I completed the online request for estimate. The crew was professional, careful and polite. They were efficient and experienced. As of yet, I haven't found anything broken or damaged as I unpack. The estimate was pretty accurate and I paid a little bit below the original estimate (probably since my husband and I did some of the packing with our own materials). I was very pleased with this moving experience. That's the first time I can actually say it was as pleasant as moving could possibly be.

They're very very courteous, diligent, and do an excellent job packing and moving. They even moved things that I couldn't fit into the apartment into a storage facility. I didn't rate the price because I didn't compare them to anything else. I'd use them again, and recommend them to others! I was disappointed with the way they handled the current move. The young men were nice and courteous; however I am still unable to find my personal items.

Packed on Monday & moved on Tuesday. Nothing was lost or broken. Very accomodating.

I completed the online estimate form and got a response in 24 hours. When I had additional questions Jason answered them promptly via email. On moving day, they sent six guys and two trucks, which arrived on time. They were very meticulous about protecting the hardwood floors in both houses, and they swept the walk at the new house so not to track in dirt. They performed the entire move in 8 hours as estimated. We have a 100+ year old piano, of which they took very good care of. Everything arrived in perfect condition. They asked if I wanted to rearrange any furniture before they left, which I did in a couple of rooms. They were professional, hard-working and friendly. I would definitely use them again.

Perfect job. I got an estimate the day I called and confirmation the move would take place on the requested day. Workers were on time, efficient and entertaining!

On our second move, it was over 100 degrees and they worked extremely hard and long hours to get us moved. I was very impressed with how hard they worked that day because it was a difficult job in difficult conditions.

The deal was three men and a truck, but I feel one of the men worked half as much. They charged me for six and a half hours but they actually only worked six hours.

I completed the form on their website and received a quote the following day from Jason Sherman via e-mail. I had a few additional questions and clarifications which he responded to promptly. On moving day, the 6 man, 2-truck crew arrived at 8:25 am ready to go. They did a walk-through of what was to go, what was to stay and then got right to it. By 11 am, everything was loaded, they broke for a quick lunch, and arrived at the new home almost before I did! We then did a walk through of the new home and determined which rooms would house which furniture and what they were "called" on the boxes (i.e. living room, green bedroom, office, etc.) As they were finishing up before 4 pm, the crew leader had me do a walk-through of the home to check that all items were where I wanted them placed and that everything arrived in good condition. The crew truly took pride in the work they did and were proud of their Super Service award from Angie's List. Great bunch of guys, highly recommend!!
