Setting up the appointment was quick and easy. The associate who I spoke with over the phone was extremely nice and professional. The movers showed up right on time and began moving immediately. They moved very quickly, which I appreciated as I my deal was for three hours and they did everything in their power to minimize time/cost. They moved every thing very carefully and I was surprised so little was broken considering I had many "fragile" marked boxes. As I still unboxing to this day, I have only come across one broken item and it was not a big concern. I would definitely use this company again should the need ever arise.

It went well; they were very professional and did a very good job.

The movers arrived promptly at 8:30 am in spite of the recent snow and extreme cold. There were 3 gentlemen and they were very personable and professional in their demeanor. They were good natured and extremely polite and let me know they were here to help me in any way possible during my move. I moved from a 2nd story apartment to another 2nd story apartment, but they never complained about going up and down stairs. They were quick and efficient. Due to the sloppy weather, they were careful to lay down materials on the floor so that minimum tracking was done. Unlike other moving experiences I have had in the past with other companies, none of my furniture was damaged during the move. The cost was higher than I've paid in the past but it was worth it. I would not hesitate to use them again for a future move.

This was a very smooth move. I appreciated the movers being so prompt, courteous, thorough, and using mine and their own time wisely. I was also impressed with the communication before the move and during the move. Very professional and experienced. I recommend that others use Sherman Moving and Storage Company, Inc.

The service was fine. There were no extra charges to the $350 Big Deal. I believe they were running late, but overall, it turned out well.

They arrived on time, moved things, and set up her furniture in the new place.

Sherman moving and storage was wonderful. They worked very hard. They were a good company and they can't be any better. I really liked them. The only downside was that they advertised that 3 men were coming out for so much but they sent only 2 men. The price also changed. I wonder why they had to advertised for 3 men when only were going to come and therefore they were going to spend more time to complete the work. Even though they reduced the price, a lot of people may be experiencing a time crunch. it took them 9 hours but I had to pay extra $500 because of the adjustment in the number of men working. I think they should let the person know of any changes ahead of time so that they can decide whether they are okay with that instead of sending 2 men right away. They were courteous.

It was good. They sent 3 movers out to help with the job. The movers were really polite and did everything that we asked them to and how we wanted it done.

The crew was on time and very efficient. I was impressed with their efficiency especially. They were careful with my belongings and very polite. I was very happy. I had bought a deal, but did pay an extra fee (about $130) because they said the time went over the allotted time.

I don't remember our exact cost other than they granted us a discount as Angie's List user! They were very prompt, friendly, efficient and even helped us unload our personal vehicles while my husband settled the bill with the crew leader!

The three men, Matt, Rob, and James were professional and friendly! I will definitely recommend them and use them again if needed.

They did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again! All three men worked hard, were efficient, very helpful, and courteous. And this is the only company I found that would move my washer and dryer, which is a front load stacked unit, without me having to take it apart for them prior to the move. They prepared it for the move, moved it, and re-connected it without any problems or complaints. I am very happy with their professionalism, attitude, and work ethic!!!!!

They did an excellent job. They showed up on time and everyone was professional and courteous.

They did a very good job, but they charged me for 15 additional minutes (about $34). I didn’t feel that was reasonable because we didn’t go over the 3 hours. He claims that it took more than 3 hours for them to get the truck back.

Everything went smooth. Would hire again.

Wayne, Sammie and Brian met me at the storage unit where our all of our household goods had been for months. They were on time, they worked quickly and yet carefully to unpack our storage and load it onto their truck. In a timely fashion, they had my storage empty and the truck loaded. At the house, again, they worked quickly and carefully to unload the truck and put everything where we asked and they were careful not to track anything into it. Clearly, Wayne, Sammie and Brian are great team for Sherman. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for any moving needs. My back thanks them!

Individuals were professional and courteous. They called when caught in traffic and provided a time credit for excess waiting. Brought own door stops, dollies, blankets. Our only complaint was that the workers did not have covers for shoes on new carpet.
