 + 0 moreI PHONED AND REQUESTED A FREE ESTIMATE ON MASONRY REPAIR WORK. I ALSO WANTED TO GET AN ESTIMATE ON REBUILDING THE FIREBOX IN MY FIREPLACE. I SPOKE TO BOB WHO STATED HE WOULD DRIVE BY, LOOK AT THE CHIMNEYS AND LEAVE AN ESTIMATE. I HAD TO CALL BACK AGAIN ABOUT 1.5 WEEKS LATER TO SEE IF HE HAD DONE SO. NO, BUT HE WOULD DO IT SOON. I DID FIND A BUSINESS CARD LEFT ON MY DOORSTEP SHOWING HE HAD BEEN BY, BUT NO ESTIMATE TO DATE. THAT'S BEEN 2-3 WEEKS AGO. I WOULD NOT CALL THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: REPAIR OF TWO CHIMNEYS. POSSIBLY REBUILD FIREBOX IN FIREPLACE.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE TIMELY IN RETURN CALLS AND ESTIMATING. THE OFFICE MANAGER WAS PARTICULARLY FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. ONCE THEIR BID WAS ACCEPTED THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. ALL THE OTHER MASONS SAID WHAT THEY DID COULDN'T BE DONE AND GAVE ME BIDS 2-3X MORE. ONLY TIME WILL TELL, BUT CURRENTLY IT LOOKS FINE.
Description of Work: A BRICK PILLAR AT OUR DRIVEWAY ENTRANCE WAS KNOCKED OVER BY A TRUCK. IT HAD TO BE HOISTED BACK ON THE BASE AND PROPERLY MOUNTED.

 + -1 moreI FIRST STARTED DEALING WITH BOB SHACKELFORD IN 2002 AND GOT AN ESTIMATE FOR THE FRONT ENTRANCE SIGNS. TWO YEARS LATER, AFTER ASSESSING RESIDENTS FROM OUR HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION FOR FUNDS, WE HAD THE MONEY AVAILABLE TO GO FORWARD WITH THE PROJECT. HE HONORED THAT SAME ESTIMATE TWO YEARS LATER. AFTER DOING THE WORK, HE EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. I WAS ABSOLUTELY THRILLED WITH THE JOB THEY DID. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND I WOULDN'T HESITATE TO HIRE THEM AGAIN.
