They repaired the machine in the time frame they indicated they would. I found them to be professional, knowledgeable and the store has a lot attachments and products such as bobbins that other stores don’t have. I wish there a store like theirs near me now.

I purchased the machine from them 3 years ago and they are the only dealer I have tune-ups performed at and the only dealer of Pfaff sewing machines in Indianapolis. I use the machine a lot so I have the recommend annual cleaning performed there. They are very knowledgeable and I feel comfortable with their service. If there are any upgrades to the machines they automatically upgrade the machine’s parts during the annual tune-up, which is something I appreciate.

I expected to have to leave my machine for weeks but the owner delved right in to see what needed to be done so he could give me an estimate. As it happens it was a fairly simple problem to solve and they did it right away. They really seemed to know my machine and how it was programed. As soon as I brought it in, they immediately began working on it. It wasn't long before the technician realizes that a tiny part (about the size of a pea) was missing. He could not get a part number then because the Viking Husqvarna website was down. However, the next day I got a call to say that the machine was fixed. I was delighted! The technician also recommended that I have the machine thoroughly serviced, and I made an appointment for that on the spot.

I called Angiies List to see who they reccomed. Select Sewing had the most positive reviews. I calle andthey said any time. I went in and he repaired my machine and charged me $25.00 and e offered to show me the machines they sell and the attachments and the ease of sewing. The owner took a lot of time showing me so much about sewing.

Prior to going to the shop, I called to get info on hours and potential length of wait time. They said wait time would depend on repair needed and status of other jobs in queue. To our surprise, we were told the repair could be done right away. We were able to pick the machine up that same day.

I'm not waiting in line. They usually check my sewing machine within 3 to 4 days. Joe makes sure my machine's running properly. I feel that he goes the extra mile to provide great customer service.

They do very thorough work. They are very knowledgeable, and they answer questions. I had my machine serviced elsewhere, and the mover tooth that they put in there had pretty much congealed. He cleaned the whole thing and even found things that had been overlooked by the other serviceman. I highly recommend him.

I have two sewing machines and I took one of them. They were very thorough. They showed me exactly what the issues were with the sewing machine and demonstrated all of that. They really took their time with me when I went in with the sewing machine. Mine is an old machine that my mother had. I don't remember how long she's had it and she quit sewing with it for quite a long time. It was an old machine and it basically needed to be cleaned and some things needed to be repaired as well. They went through from A to Z while I stood there. They showed me what was wrong with it and what needed to be done. They got my approval for every single thing they were going to do. They let me know what each component's cost was, so I could see how they were getting to the price that they ended up with. I asked them what would it cost me to get a comparable machine and they told me to give them a kind of machine that my mother had or more in that line was about $1000. It really was worth for that particular machine. They had some of the other machines which they showed me for what I would be paying something that was well built as this one is. The price was a lot for a sewing machine but I knew what they were doing and it does take a lot of time because it's time consuming work.

I bought a machine from them and had problems with it. They told me it needed a new feed dog. I paid to have it replaced. Recently I had problems with it again and they replaced the same part a second time and charged me 384.00. I paid for part of the bill. They oiled my machine. I took it to a Viking Dealer and they said that these machines didn't require oiling. When I told them who I was having problems with they just shook their head and said they have seen problems like this before.

They fixed it and did it efficiently and they were very nice about everything. Then when I had a secondary problem, I took it back to them, the problem was my fault, and they would not charge me because they said it was under warranty.
