Description of Work: Scott replaced some T1-11 that was damaged by wood peckers. I had a rotted out soffit on the 2nd floor that was replaced. They replaced four sheets of ply wood on the ceiling of our screened in porch that had moisture damage. All repairs where completed to my satisfaction, on time and on budget. Communication was very good.
