 + -1 moreThe crew was very incompetent. When we told the owner about his workers, he started cussing at out. There was also another water leak where they cut through the line with their plow. They blocked another downspout as well.
Description of Work: We hired them to install an underground irrigation system. We talked to the owner who explained what they were going to do. He said his workers were very intelligent and in uniforms. They pulled up in t-shirts and a rattling truck. They tore up our telephone line. They laid in the irrigation system. That night we went out to eat and we came back home and the system was flooding across the lawn. They came back out and dug seven holes along the yard to find where the leak was coming from. They didn't put in one of the sprinkler heads as they were supposed to. They came back and put that on. One of the downspouts overflowed after a heavy rain. The water wasn't able to get out. They straightened that eventually. Last summer my control box keep filling with water. I dug it up this spring, and found out that the guys incorrectly installed a coupling.

 + -1 moreTheir extremely POOR customers service, failure to give us everything we paid for in the contract, use of materials and manufacturers other than what we were told and other lies & deceptions were clearly something that the Attorney General's office should have been made aware of. We didn't want to make this our mission in life and didn't want to subject our irrigation system to "sabotage" we just opted to get as far away from these people as we possibly could. Everything we have said is the TRUTH as it happened to us. Maybe you will have a better experience but at the least do NOT just interview them - interview many others and hopefully include some with some good grades on Angie's list. Our mistake was to join after the fact.
Description of Work: This "father & son" team convinced us they were the one for us. As it turned out an employee told us ours was one of the biggest jobs they've ever had. We thought we were doing a small business "family" a favor. Once getting our $$, they completely turned. They failed to bury the lines deep enough causing numerous breaks each time commercial mowers would go over. They promised either the father or son would show up for any service. They REFUSED to show up and sent the same fool out each time who never did properly fix leaks. We had to hire another company to fix what should've been done in the right place. Amazing.

 + -1 moreI called and set up a irrigation service contract with S&S Enterprises thinking it was a different company with a similar name. I realized the error before they actually came out to do any work and called. When i spoke to Debby on the phone she said she could issue a credit for the $149.95 that I had paid for the service. A week later when I had not received a credit on my card I called back, and again Debby said she would take care of it. One more week passed and still no credit, and this time when I called Debby, seemed irritated then hung up on me. It has been a week since and still no credit.
Description of Work: I contacted them for irrigation services.
