The crew was very incompetent. When we told the owner about his workers, he started cussing at out. There was also another water leak where they cut through the line with their plow. They blocked another downspout as well.

Their extremely POOR customers service, failure to give us everything we paid for in the contract, use of materials and manufacturers other than what we were told and other lies & deceptions were clearly something that the Attorney General's office should have been made aware of. We didn't want to make this our mission in life and didn't want to subject our irrigation system to "sabotage" we just opted to get as far away from these people as we possibly could. Everything we have said is the TRUTH as it happened to us. Maybe you will have a better experience but at the least do NOT just interview them - interview many others and hopefully include some with some good grades on Angie's list. Our mistake was to join after the fact.

I called and set up a irrigation service contract with S&S Enterprises thinking it was a different company with a similar name. I realized the error before they actually came out to do any work and called. When i spoke to Debby on the phone she said she could issue a credit for the $149.95 that I had paid for the service. A week later when I had not received a credit on my card I called back, and again Debby said she would take care of it. One more week passed and still no credit, and this time when I called Debby, seemed irritated then hung up on me. It has been a week since and still no credit.
