I started using them but for the longest time I called them for the winter shut off, they just never responded to me anymore. I called them and left multiple messages. They never responded so I have to switch to a different company. When they came, they did good work.

They were the better value for money and they were very professional. They were very dependable and cleaned up after themselves.

S and S provided a reasonable quote with layout for the residential lawn irrigation system that was negoticated to a slightly lower cost to become low bidder. Approximately one month later after completing all necessary submissions with city the work began and with only once exception (severing the telephone anc cable service lines) the project was completed in two days as specified. After the service lines were repair they come back to address the dammaged grass areas.

One additional learning for would be irrigation system installations pre-determine and agree to the location of the in-ground valve boxes.

They technician was on time and conducted his work professionally. He made suggestions on how to make the changes I needed in a way that would be less costly.

They are excellent company, and they give absolutely fantastic customer service. I found them on Angie’s list. From the beginning to the end it’s all about the customer. From the first time we called them to till we got the job completed and every person was fantastic. I would without a doubt use them again in the future.

I had hoped to have the system installed last fall but I didn't get approval from my home owners association soon enough. Work was completed this spring. It took just over two days. The foreman made a point of introducing himself to me and letting me know each night when they were leaving. While the yard looked like we had moles from Texas (everything's bigger there) they did a good job putting it back together. The grass was pretty beat up but has come back nicely with the extra watering. Eric went through the entire system with me and explained how to modify the timer. The only surprises were a broken landscaping light and a cut underground wire that we didn't know about. Both have been repaired satisfactorily.

It took a week to install and have the system up and running. They return called and are very professional.

They are always very professional and do a great job. They were able to fix a problem that others were not able to solve, I will continue to use them for all of my irrigation needs.

THE MAIN GUYS THERE ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. IT OFTEN TAKES A WHILE TO GET THEM OUT IN THE BUSY SEASONS (TURN OFF OR TURN ON).

THEY WERE ON TIME, WENT RIGHT TO WORK LOCATING AND THEN RELOCATING 5 SPRINKLER HEADS. WORK WAS DONE PROMPTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. (1.5 HRS TOTAL)

ESTIMATE, WORK, AND CALLS RETURNED PROMPTLY. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS, AND NEAT. CLEANED UP AREA AND REPLACED GRASS WHICH HAD TO BE DUG UP TO BURY PIPE. EXCELLENT INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO OPERATE THE SYSTEM.

THEIR BUSINESS IS VERY DEPENDENT UPON WEATHER, SO YOU NEED TO BE PATIENT WHEN SCHEDULING.

CHRIS WORKS IN THE OFFICE ALSO AND HE IS A VERY NICE GUY, HE CAME OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP ME AND TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN HOW TO WORK THE CONTROL PANEL.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE PROMPT AND RESPONSIVE TO REQUESTS. THEY ANSWER QUESTIONS. THEY DO GOOD QUALITY WORK. SCOTT PERRINE IS THE OWNER AND HE IS WONDERFUL. THE NEIGHBORS ALL COMMENT ON HOW NICE THE YARD LOOKS. HE BROUGHT OUT SAMPLES OF CONTROLS FOR SYSTEMS WHEN WE WERE DECIDING WHAT TO USE. VERY PROFESSIONAL.
