Went great. Jim's a pro and I appreciate his reliability!

They were fairly priced, timely, conscientious. I trusted them to the work, and they did it well.

Jim removed stains that our previous cleaners said could not be removed. High traffic areas look great. I had been thinking about replacing the 6 year old carpeting (10 year old carpeting in the basement) but Jim said it had alot of life left in it and it now looks great. Jim was very knowledgeable and he advised me not to get the scotchgard on the basement carpet because that carpeting had built in protecting. He saved me some $ on that. Jim and his crew were well dressed and very polite, asking me first if they needed something. I would highly recommend Royal Treatment and will use them again.

Jim and crew are fun to have around. They are thorough and professional. I was impressed with how clean they got the carpets. My carpet is almost white and it is 13 years old. It looked like new except in the heaviest traffic area. Even the halls were wonderfully improved. It is harder to was poetic over air duct cleaning, but they spent the time to do a thorough job. The dryer vent had never been cleaned. One man spent an hour on my roof in late December and was still cheerful when he was off the roof! I cannot wait to have them back. In the meantime I am sending them to my Mother!

This is not just a one-time review, it is for years of outstanding service from Jim Davis and Royal Treatment. I cannot say enough about the qualify of their work. We have 2 off-white chairs that see alot of use and if it weren't for Jim's hard work, they would have been thrown out long ago. He keeps them spotless, as he does our carpets. And all at a very reasonable price. We always recommend Royal Treatment to our friends and family.

These guys are awesome! Two of my carpets had large bulges that needed stretched and now they look like great. All of the carpets that were cleaned look almost new now....they were quite dirty before. Mr.Davis and his assistant were very polite and friendly. Both worked very hard and very were thorough...I didn't feel that they were rushing things just to get done faster. I would definitely hire Mr.Davis again.

They did excellent work. They were punctual and the work was not sub-contracted. The owner himself, actually did the work. This was our first experience using them. We really liked that the carpets were nearly dry before the company left. Overall, it was an excellent job!

We have used this company for 8+ years and they always do a fantastic job. They are very detailed oriented in every aspect from making sure each stain is treated and removed, to cleaning up afterwards. They are very responsive in emergency situations too. One time, I spilled a gallon of paint on the carpet and they responded immediately and cleaned up everything.

Royal Treatment came over and cleaned our driver vent. They arrived and performed the service on very short notice (the same day we called them). Price was below expectations (I expected to pay $125.00, actually payed $100.00). They were polite, professional, and courteous. We just moved in, and were having dryer problems. They removed enough dog hair from the dryer vent to make two full length fur coats, lol. They also said that the amount of hair in the vent was a serious fire hazard. I plan to hire them annually to clean the vent.

We have used Royal Treatment - Mike Davis for 5 years now. His crew is good and they always do a great job. They make sure we are happy with the job done before they leave. Gave us footies to put on to keep the carpets clean while they dried. That did not take very long. I've always liked their cleaning treatment better than others and they were good at working on pet spots.

They did a great job. I am pleased with the way the chairs cleaned up. They were professional and polite. They do a wonderful job and do not use harsh chemicals.

Awful. They took nearly five weeks, and numerous phone calls to get one of the rugs back. The rug was not cleaned or deodorized as they had promised. Unfortunately, I had paid them up front for work they did not do. I will never use this company again, in fact it was the worst experience that I have had with an Angie's List service provider.

Jim was on time. He was very thorough and did a nice job of explaining the cleaning process to me. The final cost was slightly lower than the phone estimate. I am very happy with how well my floors and furniture were cleaned. I would use this company in the future.

I have used Jim and his crewman, Bertram, on several occasions. He is always professional. The carpets always look great like they were new when they are actually old. He is very detailed and works to get the job done right. His prices are fair and match the service and quality you get. I will definitely continue to use his company. (We have also used him to clean upholstery.)

They did excellent work and helped eliminate problems created by previous work by another company. I learned a valuable lesson about carpet cleaning, you can save money but you sure don't get the best results.

Jim Davis and crew responded to our call on a Saturday afternoon. They were at another job and didn't get to ours until late, but they came and cleaned all the water up, put fans on. Came back and checked the next day. Then came back and cleaned the carpets. Great service. Have used them in the past and they are always professional, efficient, and fair with their cost.

ARRIVED ON TIME AND TOOK GREAT CARE IN PROTECTING CORNERS, FURNITURE, ETC., WHEN CLEANING CARPETS. VERY CORDIAL AND COMPLETED TASKS WITHIN REASONABLE TIME FRAME.

JIM HAS CLEANED OUR CARPETS AND UPHOLSTERY FOR ABOUT 3 YEARS NOW. I WOULD NEVER CALL ANYONE ELSE. HIS WORK IS OUTSTANDING, AS IS HIS WORK ETHIC. HE HASN'T YET MET A STAIN IN OUR HOUSE THAT HE CAN'T GET OUT. TWO DAYS AFTER OUR LAST WHOLE HOUSE CARPET CLEANING, I SPILLED A GLASS OF RED WINE ON A WHITE CHAIR. JIM RETURNED A PHONE CALL AT 9:30 AT NIGHT AND ADVISED ME HOW TO ''HOLD OFF'' THE STAIN UNTIL HE COULD GET TO US THE NEXT DAY. HE CAME THE NEXT DAY AND COMPLETELY ERADICATED THE RED WINE STAIN. I THINK THAT HIS PRICES ARE EXTREMELY REASONABLE, ESPECIALLY COMPARED TO SOME OF THE LARGER STEAM-CLEANING COMPANIES.

I HAD A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. THE PRICE WAS BETTER THAN OTHER COMPETITORS I HAD CALLED. IN ADDITION, THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE. THE EMPLOYEES WHO CAME OUT TO DO THE WORK WERE VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY, AND WENT BEYOND EXPECTATIONS. MY DRYER DUCT WAS VERY DIRTY, AND IT HAD RESULTED IN EXTRA LINT COLLECTING INSIDE MY DRYER. THE TECHNICIAN CHECKED AND CLEANED OUT MY DRYER AT NO EXTRA CHARGE, ALTHOUGH IT CERTAINLY WOULD HAVE BEEN FAIR IF HE HAD. I HAD UNDERSTOOD WHAT WORK WAS INCLUDED IN THE ORIGINAL PRICE, AND CLEANING THE DRYER ITSELF IS NOT NORMALLY PART OF THEIR SERVICE.

JIM AND CREW WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND HARD WORKING. THEY MADE AN OLD CARPET LOOK NEW. THEY WERE ABLE TO GET THE STAINS OUT AND EVEN CAME BACK TO WORK ON GETTING ONE OUT WHERE THERE WAS MORE FOOT TRAFFIC. THEY WERE HONEST AND TOLD ME THAT THERE MAY BE SCUFF MARKS ON THE BASEBOARDS AS THEY NEEDED TO GET CLOSE TO THE WALL TO GET THE BLACK RIM OF DIRT PRODUCED BY THE FURNACE/AIR DUCTS. PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE COMPARED TO OTHER COMPANIES AND METHOD USED SEEMED BETTER.
