It turned out great and they completed the work quickly. The technician was very professional, timely, and completed the work when scheduled.

They had trouble finding me, but once they got on track they got here. They were polite and pleasant, but they didn't finish the service due to needing to install a rodent cage. The quoted price was $50 some dollars and they charged $75. I'll wait to see if that included the rodent cage or not. I don't think it did.

The gentlemen showed up promptly and were very nice and friendly. They cleaned out the dryer vent in no time. They recommended a new output vent and I have already scheduled it. Although one of the men got alot of dryer lint/dust on him, they both were very nice and polite.

The truck had a flat tire on its way to my house, and then they went to my old address (which was my fault for not updating on Angie's List), so there was some delay and confusion on the front end but everything turned out well. The two technicians who came to the house were friendly and professional. One even took the time to show me how to hook up our new dryer.

Jim was running behind but called me to make sure I was home all went grate he took me out and showed me how its done very simple job but was due for a good cleaning jim was a good guy made sure I was happy and told me about his other sevices he also cleans carpet and does whole house ventilation cleaning of good price for a god job.

My wife and I really love working with this company....every experience is pleasant. The work is thorough and well done.

It was okay. They were polite. I thought that they were going to take the vent off the house from the dryer and they didn't do that. I guess I could have asked them to but they just didn't seem to do that. I just didn't think that they were that professional. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. I would just ask more in-depth questions about exactly what they do clean on the dryer vent. Mine was really simple. It was just the lower level. My dryer vent went straight outside. There was hardly any lint in the dryer vent. I just left them alone.

Royal Treatment arrived promptly and provided the services purchased. They also went an extra mile to reattach the dryer vent that had had been detached by the owner. They were the most courteous and professional individuals I have had the opportunity to meet. I will certainly use them in the future.

Everything worked out great. They did not have to move the dryer to clean the vent.

Royal Treatment did a great job. There was a big clunk in my dryer vent. He cleaned it all out and then cleaned up his mess. He was prompt and a good guy. I recommend him with no reservations at all. The dryer vent is probably about 20 feet long, from the laundry room to the outside. After five years, it was pretty clogged. It was a mess. He did a great job. I am able to tell a big difference. The dryer is much more efficient. There was heat backing up in the laundry room. It was taking forever to get clothes to get dried. That's all taken care of, now. We're very pleased with him.

It went very well. Prompt, courteous, thorough and cleaned up all messes. Agreed to clean the gutters on the spot. (not a part of the original request). I had a minor problem a week later and they came within one hour after I called and fixed the problem. More materials were used without any additional charges. I would use them again.

Jim and his assistant arrived on time and quickly assessed our situation (another vent connected with our dryer vent and it took us a few minutes to figure out this was from our guest bathroom). They thoroughly explained the process and did a very thorough job - they even cleaned the dryer itself which wasn't covered in the Angie's deal and didn't charge us extra. A great job by real professionals - We plan to have them back to clean our ducts this Fall.

We scheduled with Royal Treatment to clean the carpets in our home. Jim Davis was on time which is a good thing to start, He cleaned the area we discussed very much to our satisfaction. My wife was actually disappointed because the carpets upstairs looked so good and she wanted new. Thanks Jim.

While we were away for a day our house was flooded with water from an upstairs toilet. Royal Treatment had a crew over in just over an hour (it was about 9pm when they arrived). Our experience was wonderful. Jim dealt with our insurance adjuster and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I highly recommend this company.

I called this company figuring I'd try a local, family-owned business and definitely was NOT disappointed. Jim, the owner, was a very polite man and went over the entire area with me first.He then gave me a discount because I used Angie's List even though I was already pleased with the pricing.The two men who were with him listened to me also as I showed them a spot I had missed when walking around with Jim.I would occasionally check downstairs and would always find them working...they paid special attention to the fishtank area.They lifted furniture, cleaned under and around it, placed separators under the furniture legs...couches, tables, etc.When they finished, I had nothing to remind them to go back to. Even my husband, who is an inspector by nature, found no problems. I can't wait to have them back again.I'd definitely recommend them. This is a hard-working crew that actually pay attention and "listen" to the customer. Can't wait to use them again. When they finished, even the stairs looked almost new...that carpeting is 12 years old!
