The employees were very helpful and they know their plants! We had specific shrubs we wanted and they had them all. They gave us additional information so we didn't make any planting mistakes.

The yard looks beautiful. They came out and did very good work. I was pleased with the experience.

Original plan called for flagstones/stepping stones behind one of the retaining walls. This was not originally done due to a communications breakdown. When called to his attention, Kevin installed additional retaining stones which provided a stable pathway for us at no extra charge. We are completely satisfied with the end results.

They are good to work with and they do what we want. We had some roses that didn't live and he replaced those. The price listed is about what we spend per year. We will continue to use them in the future.

The job went very well and we are very happy with the result. I would have expected to pay more for the amount of work that was done. We have had them maintain the property in spring and fall since installation of the new plants and their maintenance costs are very reasonable, I highly recommend this provider.

I have used them before. I liked what they did before and relied on them to continue the theme. It took them only days to do the work and the results are beautiful and they kept to the scheme of the yard. Kevin is easy to work with and kept to my schedule. He gave me helpful suggestions yet differed to what I wanted. He is very professional.

Kevin and his crew were terrific. The work was completed on time, within estimate and they even planted a couple of hostas that weren't included in the estimate without upping the price. They did a beautiful job and I was very pleased. I will hire them again.

Both times they did a good job. Were neat and cleaned everything up.

We requested an estimate for a landscaping project. The owner came to our house, surveyed the area in question and promised an estimate in less than a month. When the estimate failed to arrive, several phone calls went unreturned (with one exception when he promised the estimate "Monday"). Personal visits to the nursery did no good. We requested the estimate in April. It is now September and another contractor is doing the work.

They did pretty good but were a little hard to get a hold of. They are very knowledgeable with everything that they do. They have a lot of neat garden products. They tend to be very good with pot decoration, with a lot of unique styles and items. They carry a lot of options. They aren't as expensive as other places.

I placed 3 separate orders for topsoil and mulch to be delivered. Each delivery came the day the order was placed. One delivery came within 1 hour of order! I was watching the weather and if there was a one or two day window I would call that day and they were always so prompt. I appreciated the fact that they shred customer info after each order for our protection; therefore, there is no record of purchases and I had to repeat it each time (but that was just fine). And the product was left in the exact spot I specified. The total cost could have been $35 less (delivery fee) if I had ordered the correct amount of mulch the first time.

They did an excellent job! I have used them for years. Their prices are competitive.

Kevin came out and looked at the job and a landscape plan that had been done years earlier. He discussed options and sent us an estimate. The crew showed up and worked for two days. Looks great. Lots of compliments from neighbors. Crew was wonderful. Price seemed very reasonable. Will use them again.

Have done great design work. The people that they have sent to my residence are customer orientated.

I was very disappointed with Mr. Hughes from the start of our interaction to its conclusion. After leaving more than one message, I reached Mr. Hughes to set up an appointment for a consultation. Since he couldn't accommodate a later appointment I left work early to meet with him. He was about 45 minutes late, well after the appointment time I'd wanted in the first place. We talked about what I wanted done and I made it clear I was interested in contracting his services and getting the project underway as soon as possible. He left with the promise of getting some plans and estimates in the mail to me. He made sure I understood he was taking a vacation the next week so there would be a little delay. That was close to four months ago and I haven't heard a thing from him since.

As result of the recent wind storm - I came home for lunch to find my 15 foot Alberta spruce leaning heavily towards the house - roots pulled from the soil. I went over to Hughes in a panic - Kevin told me not to worry - he would handle it. I came home from work to find the work already completed - my beloved spruce properly staked - standing steady. Mind you: Kevin and his crew were busy cleaning up his own storm debris at the time of my request. Per the usual - Hughes exceeded my expectations.

Everything went great. They were very easy to work with.

We went and purchased it from them, and then they came out and planted it. They were great!

They did a neat job. They were very prompt. They were working in the neighborhood which was to my advantage.

When I went to look at the tree, I went on a Monday afternoon and they were extremely busy, but a person took time out to show me and answer questions. I ended up buying the tree. This was an 8ft tree, for this kind of tree, that is a good size. Rosie's charges 10% of the cost of the tree or a minimum of $125 to plant it for you. They planted the tree and one of the things that impressed me is that the hole was hand dug so that means there is no equipment to tear up your yard. The men put the dirt from the hole on a tarp. The tree was bald and burlapped in such a way that the tree won't be harmed in later years. A tree that had been put in 5 years ago was not bald and burlapped right. This will kill the tree eventually, the roots can't grow through it the way they need to. Because a root can't get through, they grow to eventually strangling the tree. Rosie's has been very tolerant of my concerns regarding watering and care of the tree. They always patiently answer my questions.

They showed up when they were supposed to and tried to accommodate our requirements. They had to plant around an old stump.

I was very pleased with them. I have already hired them again.
