 + -1 moreInitially, I was not told that if you have a 1pm appointment, it means they'll show from 1-2pm, so that was annoying and we rescheduled. They showed up about 15 min into the hour and got to work. The repair was actually a fairly simple one, but since I didn't know how to do it, I can't complain. The man downloaded some free anti-spyware software to my PC and fixed all the problems. Would have been nice if he talked a bit more and let me know what it was he was doing. **Price is for one hour's work.
Description of Work: After OS reinstallation that I did, the computer was running very slowly. Internet connection was fast, but scrolling around was painfully choppy. Also, DVD wouldn't play and closing the lid then reopening wouldn't bring it out of sleep mode. It just stayed blank.

 + -1 moreTECHNICIAN ERNIE WAS ON TIME, DESCRIBED MY ISSUE TO ME AND THEN FIXED IT WITHIN AN HOUR. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY, POLITE, AND PROFESSIONAL. HE ALSO SHOWED ME SOME WAYS TO PROTECT MYSELF FROM SPYWARE AND VIRUSES, AND SECURED MY NETWORK TOO FOR NO EXTRA MONEY.
Description of Work: FIXED MY MAIL ISSUE. MAIL WAS GOING INTO THE DELETED WHEN IT WASN'T DELETED.
