Description of Work: The cleaning was super and the house looked ready to re-rent or sell, as the owner prefers. The absolutely best thing though was the willingness to help carry items down the stairs to my car. I have bad knees so going up and down the stairs is a problem. I know this is not part of housecleaning but it was a kindness I will never forget. Because of this, I needed to pay overtime but I was glad to do it. I would highly recommend this company

Description of Work: A Reid's associate cleans my home every 2 weeks. I have had this service for many years now. It's not always the same associate, but it's usually one of the same 2 or 3 people each time and they all generally do a good job. Tina Reid is always very responsive and accommodating whenever I have a special request or concern. She is very customer-serviced oriented.

Description of Work: I contacted Tina on Monday and scheduled the cleaning for Wednesday and everything went real smooth. In fact her person arrived earlier than I thought she was going to come! She was quick and efficient. This was a cleaning after I moved out and I wanted it to be clean for the buyers. We need to add some additional time and we were able to work it out. Everything was handled very professionally.

Description of Work: DURING THE TIME THEY CLEANED OUR HOUSE, THEY DIDNT DO THE BASIC DUSTING, MOPPING. THEY WOULD SPEND ABOUT 1 HOUR IN THE HOUSE, THEN LEAVE IT UNCLEAN. WHEN CONTACTED, THEY WOULD COME BACK BUT STILL WOULDNT CLEAN.
