They are fine. They clean really well. They actually use my cleaning stuff, which is nice. Some other businesses refuse to do that. They give advanced notice and answer any questions. They leave checklists of things they've done.

Went Well. I have been using Reid's monthly for the last year or so.

I had to interrupt our cleaning arrangements for a couple of months due to personal budget issues. When I called to start up our service with them again they were polite and efficient. I was able to get back on our previous schedule and the cleaning is as good as ever.. I would definitely recommend them.

I ushered them out and paid them.My floor ended up warped. The owner kept calling me back to schedule another cleaning.I kept saying,"you warped my floor,why would I have you back?" She ignored it completely,never apologizing,and went on talking.

The housekeepers arrive when they promise (either morning or afternoon). The house is always cleaned very well. Their fees are very reasonable.

They are excellent. I am very happy with them, and I have no reservations. They dust everything for me. They are incredible! I can't recommend them too highly. They stay between five and six hours, and I provide the supplies. They come once a month for me, but you can work out whatever you want.

They have come out once, but they did a good job. We were satisfied with them and we have scheduled them to come out and clean our house again for us.

They're very reliable and responsible and take accountability into effect when they do my home because occasionally their supervisor stops by to check on their work. I'll continue using them in the future as long as they continue to give me great work!

My husband was gone to China and I wanted the house to be spotless when he returned. I could have done a better job than Candi. When I called to complain, I was made to feel like I was just being picky. they did send someone out to re-do the downstairs, and again, I made the mistake of leaving, the gal that was out this time had started to scrub the floors but only did 1/2 I think when I left she did too. I left a msg. for Tina to call me back, never heard from her. Spoke to 2 diff. people after that and they said they had done all they could. DO NOT have your home cleaned by these people. Terrible customer service and the owner Tina, should care more about making her unhappy customers happy. I didn't even get a "we're sorry" and the cleaning lady they sent out the first time (Candy) was supposed to be their most "detailed" cleaner, according to Tina. I would hate to see the kind of work their other cleaners do.

They have been out twice now to clean my home and the service has been good. The house is clean and work has been performed adequately. I have experienced no problems with the work they have done. When I first called they responded promptly and professionally. All my questions were answered. As they come out when I am not home, I cannot speak to the how punctual they have been.

THE OWNER, TINA REID, IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS FOLLOWS UP. UNFORTUNATELY, THE PARTICULAR EMPLOYEE WHO WAS CLEANING OUR HOME DID NOT SHOW AS MUCH ATTENTION TO DETAIL AS I WOULD HAVE LIKED. SHE DUMPED THE DIRTY CLEANING WATER IN OUR KITCHEN SINK AND DID NOT CLEAN THE SINK AFTERWARDS. THE FLOORS WERE ALSO NOT CLEANED VERY WELL. OVERALL, THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL WAS LACKING.

THEY DID AN OK JOB, NEED TO GET THE BATHROOMS CLEANER AND DUST BETTER. VERY NICE PEOPLE AND EASY TO WORK WITH.

THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME THEY CLEANED MY HOME. THEY FIT ME IN TO THEIR SCHEDULE THE NEXT DAY, HOWEVER I DIDN'T LIKE THEIR FOUR HOUR ARRIVAL WINDOW. THE PERSON DID NOT DO A VERY GOOD JOB, SHE SEEMED RUSHED AND WAS NOT VERY DETAIL ORIENTED.

I WAS GOING TO HAVE THEM COME MONTHLY BUT THEY DID NOT DO A GOOD JOB! THEY TORE MY CARPET AND I AM FILING A CLAIM WITH THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY. THE WAY THE OWNER HANDLED THE SITUATION WAS NOT IN A PROFESSIONAL WAY. THE PERSON WHO CLEANED HAD HER BROOMS ON MY COUNTERTOPS, SHE DID NOT CLEAN MY DINETTE GLASS TOP TABLE, DID NOT CLEAN MY WALK IN CLOSETS.

I FOUND THIS COMPANY TO BE PUNCTUAL AND VERY EFFICIENT. I HAVE USED THEIR SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES AND FIND THEM TO BE VERY TRUSTWORTHY. I NOW LEAVE MY KEY FOR THEM TO USE IF I AM NOT AT HOME. THEY RUN THE SWEEPER, DUST, AND MOP FLOORS (1700 SQ FT CONDO).
