Overalll excellent. Showed up on time and finished on time.

They did a great job, and were very detailed. I like that they actually move things around to dust, they clean the bathrooms and mirrors to the point that they sparkle, the kitchen always looks great, including the cooktop, and they take the time to get in all the nooks and crannies, including the baseboards! They also do a nice job with my hardwood floors and cleaning them without leaving streaks, and those can be a challenge. The owner is very proactive about communicating my cleaning times, following up, and making sure I am happy with the work they have done. I highly recommend Reid's Housekeeping!

I get a variety of girls & most of them do a very good job. I did have one girl who did a poor job on floors, mirrors/glass & blinds. After my 2nd complaint I requested not to have her again & Tina obliged & I've been happy with everyone else.

If I need to change my date or time or anything, Tiny is extremely cooperative, and she owns the firm. She is also flexible. They are much more concerned about me and my needs than my own.

We always receive excellent service from Reid's Housekeeping. Tina has a personalized list that her staff uses, listing all rooms and areas, along with any special requests complete with what products to use on specific services. They are punctual, efficient and thorough. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have Reid's Housecleaning clean my house every other week. They are punctual and efficient. The ladies are polite anf very capable. I am unable to request a specific lady tom perform my cleaning but that is never an issue as every one of their ladies does an impeccable job. The house is always clean and spotless on the days they clean. It is a pleasure to come home after they have cleaned. Reids is also very flexible if I ever need them to clean on a different day or have them clean an extra day. I am always very pleased with the service I receive from them.

Reid Housekeeping always does a nice job for us. They always leave a note and let us know what they did when they came. We have a pet and they always let him out and give him a treat that was arranged with us. If there is something I would like addressed they are very receptive. If I need to change my day they do everything they can to accomodate me. I would highly recommend Reid Housekeeping.

Very well. We have been using this company every 2 or 3 weeks for the past 15 years. We would describe them as very customer focused. They are flexible to our needs and responsive to our feedback. We haven't had any real issues with this company. If there is any type of concern, Tina makes sure it is taken care of promptly. We have only had maybe 1 or 2 items damaged in 15 years, which is remarkable. In these instances, Tina provided reimbursement immediately. What we really appreciate is that Tina is the person we have talked with for the past 15 years. She knows our needs and the types of cleaning products we want to use, as well as taking special care when cleaning certain items. We highly recommend them to others.

Friendly professional and wonderful to work with

Tina was very professional and explained all of the options up front. The service was fantastic. The team cleaned every surface of the home. They used my equipment, but were somehow able to make it perform much better than I have ever been able to. I was so pleased with the service, that I have contracted them to clean my house biweekly moving forward.

She is wonderful. She is a very nice lady. She is very conscientious. We are happy with their service.

The person that came, showed up on time, was committed to detail. Vacuuming was her specialty, she "grooms" the carpeting. Looked great! Used our vacuums. She worked hard and fast and did not stop til her time was up. They are, however, pretty specific about what is on their list before they show up and did not want to detour from it.

Everything looked great and I plan on having them regularly clean.

We have used Reid's at two of our homes now. We always get great service. They come every 2 weeks to clean our home. On the rare occasion we see something that was missed we have had someone come out to do a "recleaning" at no charge oftentimes by the next business day! We always get fantastic service with Reid and have found the cleaners they employ to be responsible and interested in doing a good job.

Donna was a very good worker she asked what I wanted done. I told her my main needs to be cleaned, she said fine that was part of their service. She cleaned more than I though was included when I said so she said oh no that's what her company expects to be cleaned as part of there service. I was very pleased with the work done, and will have them clean for me again.

They are very punctual and have very good service. They specialize in cleaning to your specific needs. The cleaning ladies do change, but they get the list for each cleaning so they know exactly what to do. If there has ever been a problem they are sure to send someone out to reclean at no additional cost.

I was happy with the first couple cleanings; however, there was no consistency. I was very happy with one person who cleaned. I called Tina, stating what a great job this person did, and asked to have her all the time. Tina will not promise her clients that they can be guaranteed to have the same person each time. Unfortunately, the person who did an outstanding job quit. Tina did not communicate this to me. I found out from the person who came to clean. True, Tina owed me no explanations. Another issue I have is that Tina never follows up to find out how her crew does. I would have appreciated some follow-up from Tina regarding how they are doing and how satisfied her customers are. It was very disruptive for me to have had three different people come to my home over the five or six months that I used this service. It is disruptive because I have to go through the entire routine with a new cleaning person, showing them where things are, stating my expectations, and so forth. The last person who cleaned my home did a substandard job. Before she left, I asked her to re-mop around the kitchen sink. I found other areas that were simply not cleaned. For example, after she left, I had to re-vacuum one room where she missed large areas. My home is a very neat and clean home. I have been told by all the cleaning people that my house is probably in the top 2% of clean homes which they serve. So, there isn't a lot of grime that needs to be cleaned. There are no kids in my home. I do have a cat and a cocker spaniel who try not to make too much of a mess in the house. I am a bit old-fashioned when it comes to cleaning. I feel that a Swiffer or feather duster only moves dirt around. One needs to use Pledge or a multi-purpose cleaner on a cloth to dust. Baseboards don't have to be cleaned every time, but they should be cleaned occasionally. A would expect a cleaning person to look around and clean what needs to be cleaned. Maybe they decide to clean the blinds one month. Another month they clean the baseboards. Maybe they use a damp cloth and clean the six-panel doors on occasion. I have one goal: a clean home. If they need to spend a few more hours and charge me a few dollars more, then so be it. That requires only the slightest bit of communication. I make these comments in a spirit of kindness and hope that they will be used to improve services. Response from homeowner: It is always easy to blame the customer. You and correct regarding what your contract stated; however, I will also reiterate for my fellow Angies List readers what I asked of you...I asked for excellent service with no hassles. I am very busy (hence, I hire a service) and do not have time to follow up with phone calls to complain. Furthermore, since I am not guaranteed the same housekeeper each time, I am not confident about corrective actions. My goal is to convey very precisely what I expect and have the company confirm that they can deliver. If they do not, I simply terminate services. It's very simple for me. I was fortunate to find a person, on Angie's list, who is thorough. I will be providing that review in a week, or so.

Reid's was good. They arrived on time and did what they were supposed to do. They come about once a month or whenever I call.

She was very polite, and through. I will use her again.

They did an excellent job. The price ranges from $130 to $160 depending on what they do.

I have been using Reid's for several years . They always arrive when they promise and they are flexible even at the last moment to reschedule. Their rates are reasonable. The quality of the work is cosistently good. Occaisionally if a new employee performs the cleaning it is not as good but after that first time, our house always looks great when they are finished. I would recommend them to a friend.

Very dissapointed- Husband came home after work to find the garage door and door to the house had been left open and unlocked. Deal breaker here will not be using this service again

She did a quote over the phone about 2 weeks ago. It was fine. I didn't end up going with them. Her price was fine. She didn't come out and look at my home and that might have been the deciding factor that I didn't get to meet her in person and she was the owner. That was probably the only reason why I didn't go with her. She followed up.

Everything went very well. They did a nice job, and they came on time. We knew what to expect each time, and I will likely use them in the future.
