It was 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, as well as a living area. I really liked them and they were professional. Their pricing was reasonable and they did a good cleaning job. They also have cleaned my mother’s home for about 15 years, so that is how I heard about them.

The clean my home and it is a 4 bedroom home; its about 2,500 square foot. Their pricing is reasonable. They are always punctual.

They are honest and I have no problems with their staff coming into my home to clean. They do a thorough job. They have a checklist of what they are going to clean at my house; that way I am able to go back and checked to see that they cleaned those things that they said they would. There is an additional charge to have them clean something else, but I can make those arrangements ahead of time.

That service turned out fine and they have been out twice. They clean the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and the main areas. It takes them about 6 hours total.

They clean all the rooms in our home, except upstairs. One housecleaner comes out for us every couple of weeks. They stay for about 4-5 hours on average.

They are always on time and punctual. They always do a good job with the basic house cleaning. They mop, dust and vacuum. They also do the bathrooms too. Just one person comes out and she is here for about 3-4 hours.

They did cleaning, vacuuming and moping. This was a larger home and the housecleaner they sent out was not used to that. I brought that up to Tina and she was very responsive and was ready to take care of that. She didn’t even insist a payment. The price is fair and the cleaning she describes is excellent. Tina goes above and beyond. She offered her assistance personally. She is excellent and it had been delightful to work with her. She really cares about how I feel and the experience I had with the housecleaning.

They come out for us every other week. They do a basic housecleaning and do a pretty good job. If there is something I want them to do, they do it. I have cleaning supplies that they can use if they want, but some of them bring their own and I leave the option up to them. I am satisfied with the work they do.

Sometimes they use my cleaning supplies, but sometimes they use what they bring. It takes them about 3-6 hours to complete the housecleaning.

They are very professional. They always brought their own cleaning supplies, because they were good about knowing what was good to use on the surfaces that I had. Their pricing is reasonable. Tina is always checking up on the girls to make sure they are completing the job. Tina also calls the day before just to remind me before the clearing and that is very helpful. They are thorough. They always leave a personable handwritten note with letting me know what they cleaned. They are also good with getting me into their schedule if there was any last minute needs.

Just one house cleaner comes out at a time. It takes them about an hour and a half to two hours. From our experience, they are thorough and do a good job. They are very careful to not break anything and we have been very happy with them. The price of their service for us is about $80-$100 and that depends on how often we use them. A couple of days before they come out, they call to give us a reminder. If I ever have an issue, I call the main number and they get back to me within about half an hour.

I have been using Reid?s Housekeeping bi-weekly for 3 months. Shelly and Crystal do a great job. Tina Reid is very professional, reminds me of the schedule, and is accommodating when schedule changes are needed. I have recommended Reid?s Housekeeping to others.

Went great, the house was cleaned very efficiently and she followed my prioritized list perfectly. I will be using Reid's again in the near future at another property.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased on the website. There were no additional charges. It was good. They were quick to respond and get things set up. The people that came were prompt and did a good job.

The house i purchased had sat empty for a year and was quite dirty; I emailed Tina Reid and she called me within 24 hours of my request for services. She was very nice on the phone and was very helpful in letting me know pricing and what I could expect. I explained the condition of the home and there seem to be no problem with cleaning. Tina called the day before and confirmed my appointment and let me know she was available if I had any questions. Jennifer arrived before the scheduled time and began work immediately. Jennifer worked hard; she was funny and very nice to be around. She gave me several good hints on cleaning supplies and different techniques on cleaning. She did a great job in the rooms she cleaned. I would use Tina Reid's company again without hesitation and I would certainly have Jennifer come back. I would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone as I was very pleased with the service.

I've been using Reid's Housekeeping for a couple of years and have had great service. I come home to a fully cleaned and fresh house. I just love it. They are kind to my pets too. If I need spring cleaning or special cleaning they are always available. I've recommended them several times, but just recently joined Angie's List and wanted to share my wonderful experience with them.

Jennifer was a very energetic and a hard worker, She worked non-stop during the time she was here. She did agreat job. Tina Reid handled the scheduling and follow up. Tine was great to work with.

I've used Reid's Housekeeping twice in the last week for a large move out of my condo and into a new house. I could not have been more pleased with the experience. Owner, Tina, is a complete JOY to work with! She is incredibly accommodating and very quick in her response time. We had a narrow window to work with and she made sure we were well taken care of. After a deep clean of the new house with Shelly, we called back and asked to have Shelly tend to the move out of the condo, as well. What a lifesaver! Shelly is punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and has great attention to detail. I would highly recommend Reid's to family and friends!

Tina called back quickly. She was very helpful and accommodating. She was extremely customer service oriented. After the work was done, she called to make sure I was satisfied. She even sent me a coupon for $30 off of my next cleaning. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I expected top-notch service from this company, due to their stellar reputation on Angie' List. However, the actual work done far exceeded any expectations I could have imagined!! From the point in time when I first scheduled an appointment with Tina Reid (Business Owner), through the second I walked through the door (just now) to see my spotless home, I have been overly impressed by this organization. I will continue to hire their services regularly, and will refer them to everyone I know!

Tina runs the company and is truly amazing. We went back and forth for a couple months trying to get my calendar synced to get the cleaning started. Tina followed up with me but was never pushy or abrassive. We finally got on their schedule and everything has been great. The second cleaning wasn't up to my standards (I'm a prior cleaner and am very picky). I expressed my concerns and Tina was ON IT!!! She even refunded some of the cleaning money as she runs strictly on making sure you are more than happy. The ladies who clean leave a note and let you know your next scheduled date and what all has been done for the day. They clean so thorough!! From top to bottom. I truly feel like I should be leaving more money for them. Hands down I will continue using Reid's and will refer to anyone with no hesitation!!! KUDOS!!!!
