Their service has been pretty good. I just go, stop by and get my car serviced. It all happens in a matter of hours.

They give a loaner car if they have one available so we dont have to rent with enterprises. They always make their work good. I am always 100% satisfied I will go back to them for services and to buy a new car (2014 Impala) Roy Potter is service man of the year he is the reason we keep going back. This service department is very user friendly and very professional. They are really really really good we are really happy!

The salesman came out. The salesman's last name was Darling. He listened to us, took his time. He listened to what we wanted and made us an excellent deal. We drove off that night with it. He listened and didn't try pushing at all. No pressure at all.

Always have professional and quick service from the team. Cost is very reasonable and they are not pushy if they do find anything wrong or if the need for preventative maintenance.

My whole experience was great. They scheduled me for a drop off before work, shuttled me back to my other vehicle, and I still got to work on time! I brought the vehicle in for the heat shield and fender piece, but they went ahead and made sure everything was in good working order. They identified that my brake pads were extremely worn (which was definitely the case after over 100,000 miles). They contacted me to discuss their findings before proceeding with the work and provided me a verbal quote for services over the phone. After I OK'd the additional work, they went ahead and got it completed same day. My car was ready for me before I got off work that day.

I had good experience with them. They were very helpful. They know what they are doing and they are very courteous. Things have been done right. I think they are very professional and they know their job and they do a pretty good job. Their pricing is compatible with others. It’s not cheap but I would rather have my job done right. I think their pricing is reasonably all right.

No problems They got truck fixed and running as soon as possible.

I Have used this vendor for oil changes in the past and plan to see them again before winter for a winterization of my car.

Like always. great, I am not exactly sure if there was more or less done. As i take all my cars up there. I have 6 cars so it is hard to keep up on all this. I would absolutely take my cars and put the trust into a fraudulant auto service.

Their pricing is probably average for the market. The experience was excellent. They did everything right, were polite and gave me a rental car to use and did not charge me for it. They have done everything right and have done it when they say they will. If I need a part or something they tell me and give me the option of taking the car back. They are good.

My experience with Ray Skillman Auto Center was excellent. They were thorough. They worked with me to decide what was urgent and what wasn't urgent. They're very helpful. They followed-up and checked that everything is okay.

The experience could only be described as relaxing, informative and helpful at all times. On numerous occasions over the phone, Eric helped me get the best financing possible, and always returned my phone messages ASAP, despite being extraordinarily busy. In person, he gave me all the time I needed to test drive the car (without his presence, I might add) and then to go over all of the features associated with my new 2013 Kia Soul + wagon.

I have purchased not one but two vehicles from Ray Skillman and I cannot say enough about them. I also work with a guy that came from their Body Shop and he, too, agrees that they are very fair and honest when it comes to their Sales and Service. I have a 2010 Kia Forte that I purchased brand new. They gave me a pretty good deal (considering my previous vehicle was wrecked) and they also cleaned the vehicle and detailed it before I picked it up. Since then, I have taken it in for minor issues (nothing major) and each time Ray Skillman has been great. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. One time, I took the vehicle in because my alignment was somewhat off. Turns out, it was the automatic alignment on the vehicle (the road I travel on crowns to the left apparently) and not only did they look over the vehicle and provide me a free rental car, they also cleaned the vehicle for me and washed it. The previous vehicle I purchased was a 2004 Chevy Malibu, which I traded in on my current vehicle. I have never had any issues with either vehicle nor have I had issues with the staff at both the car dealership and/or the Sales Dept. I would have to say that this is a great place to go if you are thinking of purchasing a car.

I take it there instead of my dealer. The guy I go to knows me by name and he doesn't force anything on me. The other dealer called my stupid for not signing an extended warranty.

They are very friendly, thorough, and get thing's done in a timely fashion.
