They give a loaner car if they have one available so we dont have to rent with enterprises. They always make their work good. I am always 100% satisfied I will go back to them for services and to buy a new car (2014 Impala) Roy Potter is service man of the year he is the reason we keep going back. This service department is very user friendly and very professional. They are really really really good we are really happy!

The salesman came out.  The salesman's last name was Darling.  He listened to us, took his time.  He listened to what we wanted and made us an excellent deal.  We drove off that night with it.  He listened and didn't try pushing at all.  No pressure at all.

Always have professional and quick service from the team. Cost is very reasonable and they are not pushy if they do find anything wrong or if the need for preventative maintenance.

My whole experience was great.  They scheduled me for a drop off before work, shuttled me back to my other vehicle, and I still got to work on time!  I brought the vehicle in for the heat shield and fender piece, but they went ahead and made sure everything was in good working order.  They identified that my brake pads were extremely worn (which was definitely the case after over 100,000 miles).  They contacted me to discuss their findings before proceeding with the work and provided me a verbal quote for services over the phone.  After I OK'd the additional work, they went ahead and got it completed same day.  My car was ready for me before I got off work that day.

I had good experience with them. They were very helpful. They know what they are doing and they are very courteous. Things have been done right. I think they are very professional and they know their job and they do a pretty good job. Their pricing is compatible with others. It’s not cheap but I would rather have my job done right. I think their pricing is reasonably all right.

No problems  They got truck fixed and running as soon as possible.

I ended up trading my car, just to avoid going there!

Exceptionally wonderful

Like always. great, I am not exactly sure if there was more or less done. As i take all my cars up there. I have 6 cars so it is hard to keep up on all this. I would absolutely take my cars and put the trust into a fraudulant auto service.

Their pricing is probably average for the market. The experience was excellent. They did everything right, were polite and gave me a rental car to use and did not charge me for it. They have done everything right and have done it when they say they will. If I need a part or something they tell me and give me the option of taking the car back. They are good.

My experience with Ray Skillman Auto Center was excellent. They were thorough. They worked with me to decide what was urgent and what wasn't urgent. They're very helpful. They followed-up and checked that everything is okay.

The experience could only be described as relaxing, informative and helpful at all times.
On numerous occasions over the phone, Eric helped me get the best financing possible, and always returned my phone messages ASAP, despite being extraordinarily busy. In person, he gave me all the time I needed to test drive the car (without his presence, I might add) and then to go over all of the features associated with my new 2013 Kia Soul + wagon.
