Presto-X Pest Control

When we first set up the appointment with Gold Seal, my husband stayed home from work and it happened to be a rainy day. We received a call requesting we set up another day so that it would be more effective without the rain. This is completely understandable, and they rescheduled, came out and sprayed all around the outside of the house. Everything appeared to be fine, until we came home about a week later to find a swarm of ants in our foyer. The pest control serviceman that came out let us know that he would follow up with us in two weeks to make sure we were satisfied, and to let him know if we weren't! I gave them a call after discovering the ants, and requested they come back out and spray again. The girl I talked to on the phone tried to upsell me another $75 for the spray, when we were already told there would be a follow up, especially if things weren't taken care of. I've used this company before in the past, and know they do good work so I'm hoping to have this resolved.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for Gold Seal Termite & Pest Control. They just came and did the job. The guy didn't sell himself and he didn't really educate me on what he was doing. I'm using somebody else now. They just did basic 1-time service.

I had a bad experience with Gold Seal Termite & Pest Control. We still have ants. I thought he would be a little more thorough with the job. I could have done what he did.

Everything went well. Too early to determine effects of spraying. Will have to wait and see what unwanted creature appears if any.

did not return phone calls in a reasonable amount of time, had to call 3 times and left messages, both on answering machine and with person answering the phone, it took a week and even another call to them to get a call back. They were very unprofessional, I joined Angies List just to get the name of someone to use to get rid of bees in my gazebo, I was VERY VERY disappointed. I told them in the beginning I had joined Angies List to get a name of someone who had the highest ratings, after the secretary took my info several days went by, I even tried then to get rid of the bees myself or at least make it better till they came out to get it taken care of, I called again, no return call, and the 3rd time did finally talk with someone, they told me it was carpenter bees and it would be 250.00 , come to find out THEY ARE NOT CARPENTER BEES AT ALL !!!! When I found this out I canceled their appointment 3days in advance, on the day they were suppose to come, someone from their company called and said they had to cancel due to the rain LOL there was no appointment.. I had canceled it 3 days before hand !! . VERY UNORGANIZED VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.. ..HOW THEY RATED THE BEST ON ANGIES LIST IS A COMPLETE MYSTERY TO ME!!! , IT HAS MADE ME LEARY OF ANGIES LIST ALL TOGETHER... I HOPE THE NEXT EXTERMINATOR IS BETTER OR I WILL JUST GO BACK TO LETTING MY FINGERS DO THE WALKING !!!

Efficient, easy to schedule - an overall good experience.

They are a great neighbor and did great service. Just come and go and inspect the area as they please.

It seems to work as described. In general when they have been inside the house, they have been very courteous.

We were not particularly happy with the job and had to get more help. To be fair we have not called them back on it yet. We are not sure the job was done. He was courteous. I am not sure he did the job so the price was not worth it.

First treatment went OK, but he was incorrect about where the ants were getting in. They returned within a couple of days. The second guy came quickly, seemed more knowledgable and solved the problem. (now several weeks later!)

Everything turned out fine with the Big Deal. It was easy to make an appointment and the treatment prevented any pest to our home.

It was so long ago that I only remember that I took advantage of a Big Deal, they came out and sprayed, it was successful (I had no varmints get in the house). I would have them do it again, but my yard company performs this service for me now.

They were knowledgable , efficient and quick. Very much appreciated ther expertise.

The representative walked around the entire perimeter of our home spraying applying wliquid spray chemical adjacent the house. He walked around the house a second time applying dry granules adjacent the house. He was very professional and completely answered my specific questions.

He assured me that tracks under the home were old and there were no termites. They were very honest courteous. He didn't charge me to look.

Great. The servicemen were very polite and informative. They worked quickly, but were glad to stop and answer any questions I had. I felt that I made a good choice.

Fantastic Top Notch Service from the first call to the appointment itself. As soon as the weather turned i started seeing ants, spiders, centipedes and all sort of bugs in the house. The lady who scheduled the apointment was pleasant and very accomedating. The tech showed up, dressed well and was very knowledgable and very thorough. They spot treated a few areas inside the house as well as sealed off a mouse hole. They then treated the exterior of the house as well as the garage. Overall I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend them and will definitly use them again if i ever need anything.

Great customer service!!! Listened to my concerns and issues and made sure to protect my pets. Always on time and they go out of their way to make sure my questions are answered and all my problem areas are addressed. Very satisfied after just one treatment as I haven't see ONE ant this year!

Company was very fast and friendly. Unfortunately, the technician tracked dirt through my home while spraying to prevent common household pests on the inside (after the exterior work was performed).

He was very good! He looked around and saw where the ants were a problem. He used his phone to find additional information because they were a different kind of ant. He was very professional and I had him do the job.

We discovered that we had termites, so I submitted to Angie's List for help, I easily navigated though the website until I settled a company after reading all the positive reviews, I then called Gold Seal Termite & Pest Control Co to have someone come out to confirm our findings, to assess the situation and to advises us on an appropriate course of action which was exactly what happen! The individual that came out was an absolute gentlemen, he conducted himself in a kind and very professional manner, he was very knowledgeable about the cause, effect and treatment of the pest, he then explain to us several options of action an then recommended to us what our best course of action would be to gain control of the situation, we accepted his advice! We scheduled an appointment for treatment and he arrived exactly when he said he would, he performed his duties and then we talked payment and payment options which was very helpful to say the least!,, he then stated as part of the service he was obligated to return to assess the extermination process and to reload all of the traps that were located around the exterior of the house if warranted! I would highly recommend Gold Seal Termite & Pest Control Co seeking to rid themselves of termites!! These people or on the ball!! David D.

Came on time, courteous, very professional. Went and thoroughly sprayed the house interior and perimeter, cleaned up and completed in less than 1 hour.

Gold Seal Termite & Pest Control did a great job. They were responsive and professional. I watched as they performed their work and they appeared to be conscientious about doing the job right. The initial treatment was effective for all but one spot around our house but we had a really pesky ant nest in one location under a deck that took a second visit about a week later to totally control. I don't t think they missed it the first time, it is just that the nest was more difficult than average to take care of...sometimes insect nests are like that. They did not charge us for the second visit nor did they try to wiggle out of it. They showed up when they said they would and got the job done. I would hire them again.

I purchased two treatments through Angies List. Gold Seal sprayed about a month ago. When I had a new sump pump put in, the plumber noticed ants. I called Gold Seal and Paul came out to investigate the next day. He sprayed and no more ants! Thanks Gold Seal and thanks Angies List for putting me in touch with this great company!
