Response from PMC Home Management Services
The big deal was for 4 hours of DEEP cleaning. Because of the condition of the home, our house manager was unable to get to the entire house in 4 hours. The home was extremely dirty and dusty, and the homeowner acknowledged this. The house manager was able to finish the kitchen, living and 2 bathrooms. The home owner was very pleased with the areas that were completed and expressed this pleasure to the owner of PMC. We did offer her a discounted rate to purchase more hours to finish the home which the home owner declined. We at PMC thrive for 100% customer satisfaction.
