Description of Work: PMC cleans my house from top to bottom every week. Miranda does a fantastic job and not only cleans but organizes as well. She takes care of all of our laundry and ironing and switches out all of our linens. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Description of Work: Overall my experience was ok. I had purchased a Big Deal for 4 hours of housecleaning. I called the provider before I bought the deal to see how soon I could get in (I needed the house cleaned by a certain date). She was very nice and said they could fit me in the following week. I got a call about an hour before they were supposed to arrive the morning of the cleaning informing me that the cleaner was sick and they'd have to reschedule for the following week. Normally that wouldn't be an issue, but I was upfront before I bought it that I needed it by a certain date. They ended up fitting me in the next day, which I appreciated. The lady that came out was very nice. There were some things that I think were missed, but overall it was ok.

Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal for $179 for 8 hours of cleaning. | |Once Emily arrived, she deep cleaned the whole house (minus 2 rooms which were not ready to be cleaned) and helped me pick up some of the clutter I was not able to get to before she arrived. I am disabled and the help that she gave was greatly appreciated! I had to leave half way through the clean but when I came home, it was all done and it looked great! She used the cleaners I wanted her to and was able to get to everything I wanted. I would definitely use them again. | |I did have to give them a C in communication though. I was not in a big hurry but I wanted it done within a reasonable time (2 months). I do understand that when companies offer these Big Deals that sometimes they get a large demand and so scheduling can take awhile. The holidays were also around that time. But we had some difficulty scheduling and their were a few cancellations (illness, weather). After the first cancellation, I did not hear back from them until I called and emailed several times after a few months. Like I said, not in a big hurry. Finally, they had a cancellation on their end and were able to fit me in sooner than scheduled. I do believe the large amount of hours of the clean contributed to the difficulty scheduling.

Description of Work: The gal who cleaned was hard-working and willing to listen to the details of what I requested. We coordinated and compromised on what and how much could be cleaned as the 4 hours went by. She appreciated my priority list, and followed it well. I expected her to have more cleaning supplies, but offered some that I had and she used them. My kitchen cupboards were cleaned outside, the floor was scrubbed, microwave cleaned and vents degreased (a huge blessing!), countertops and stovetop cleaned and baseboards and wooden blinds in entire lower floor were dusted. There was only one little "glitch" and we worked that out. I truly appreciate the friendliness and thoroughness of PMC...my home was ready for a family visit that included a 1-yr-old : ).

Description of Work: She was terrific! Did exactly what I wanted her to do. She was not on a set agenda of what she would clean but cleaned the areas I requested. Very personable as well!

Description of Work: The deal was to deep clean entire house. They only sent one person. She was very good and worked very hard but could not deep clean an entire 3 bedroom ranch in 4 hours.

Description of Work: Worker was late,due to mixup in scheduling. She was very nice and worked hard, but when she left, I noticed my bedroom hadn't really been cleaned very well. Items had been dusted around. One kitchen counter had been missed and had food crumbs. All in all, I was happy for the help at an affordable price, but it didn't seem quite as thorough as I expected. Probably needed more time.

Description of Work: Jayelynn arrived exactly at the time that was given and worked at getting several areas of our house cleaned. Those were areas that I could not reach, or that I just don't have the stamina to do any more. She is a very pleasant person to be around and I hope to be able to have her come in again in the future.
