Excellent! PMC have cleaned our house for nearly four years now on a weekly basis. It is so nice to come home and find that our pantry has been cleaned and organized or our refrigerator has been deep cleaned. This is the best money I spend every week.

I asked for additional time and paid for 4 additional hours. They were very pleasant and did a good job considering the shape of my house at that time. :) Would definitely use again.

The company sent someone out on the scheduled date. I forgot about the appointment and wasn't prepared, so the employee was very patient and courteous while waiting on me to assemble a mental list. It is my understanding that this company specializes in cleans that are out of the normal spectrum of what most cleaning services offer. I asked her to clean and organize cabinets. She washed windows, as well as dust and vacuum certain rooms. She also cleaned bathrooms from top to bottom. She did just about anything I asked her to do. The employee was here approximately 6 hours, and did perform many duties in that time frame, and the quality of work was beyond satisfactory.
I plan on having the company send the same employee back out to finish the few windows she didn't get to, and to clean and organize more spaces.
Because they charge by the hour, this company can offer such services. I myself used to own and operate a cleaning service, so I know how these things work. I usually keep up on my housework, but I sometimes and quot;get in the weedsand quot;, and do not have time to do any kind of extra deep cleaning or organizing. I am glad I stumbled upon this company. They are a Godsend! :)

The service provider was late to begin with.
The cleaning job was by far unsatisfactory; she didn't even look under the couch and for paying for a deep cleaning session I would consider under the couch to be a given spot to check.
She moved things into different rooms of my home where the did not belong and also did not put things back where she found them.
After she left, before the allotted time was up, I realized that I was missing things. Upon further investigation I realized she had gotten into my purse and into my wallet and removed and replaced my debit cards. I realized this because she didn't even put them back where she got them from.
Upon realizing these things and trying to contact her and the owner of the company I have had no luck in hearing back from them. I have taken action to make sure nothing else can happen with my card numbers or anything but wanted to make sure others realized what the company was capable of letting happen and not taking action to rectify the situation in any manner.

I got exactly what I paid for. They showed up at 10 and left at 2. It is pretty sad when a housecleaner comes to your house on Saturday and you have to do the job right on Sunday. Also it took 3 weeks to get scheduled not 2 days like I was lead to believe.

I purchased a deal through Angie's list for deep cleaning for 4 hours and paid extra for two more hours to clean the house I am moving to. They sent one girl to clean and she did an awful job. I went back and cleaned everything myself and I would definitely NOT recommend them to anyone and will not use them.

"The home was left in very bad condition. The 4 hours that were purchased were simply not enough to do an entire deep clean on a home in that condition. The consumer was aware of this at the time & we discussed additional hours beforehand. The ad clearly states that one housekeeper will be sent for the 4 hour deal. Upon completion of the job, the housekeeper did a walk through with the homeowner and the homeowner was very pleased. She even tipped the housekeeper $20."

Arrived precisely on time and immediately got to work after asking my desired cleaning. I can say my house has never felt this clean even when I moved in... A very hard worker.. An added plus was that the lady was very pleasant . I will not hesitate to hire her again and to recommend her to my friends and neighbors.A+++++++++Thank you for a job superbly done!

We rescheduled a couple of time but communication was open so that worked out okay. Emily arrived promptly and after asking what I wanted done first, she began to clean my house. I opted for this group because their ad said and quot;deep cleanand quot;. This is what I needed. My kitchen and bathroom are spotless!!! I only wish I had purchased more time to have the rest of the house done. There was time left for some quick dusting and vacuuming before the 4 hours were up. I am very pleased with the work done.

"The big deal was for 4 hours of DEEP cleaning. Because of the condition of the home, our house manager was unable to get to the entire house in 4 hours. The home was extremely dirty and dusty, and the homeowner acknowledged this. The house manager was able to finish the kitchen, living and 2 bathrooms. The home owner was very pleased with the areas that were completed and expressed this pleasure to the owner of PMC. We did offer her a discounted rate to purchase more hours to finish the home which the home owner declined. We at PMC thrive for 100% customer satisfaction.
