Bad.

I arranged an appointment for an estimate with Gary, the owner. Mark came out at the scheduled time, looked around, took some notes, and then emailed an estimate to me the next day. We weren't sure how much we could afford to paint so he broke down the estimate by room so we could choose which we wanted them to paint. He said it would take 3 days to finish. They won the bid hands down and began within 2 weeks. Mark and Jeffrey showed up right on time. They were very professional, helpful, and obviously cared about their work. They finished by 4 PM the third day and the place looked great. They agreed to come back and paint the baseboards after the flooring company installed the hardwood floors. And they charged exactly what Mark had estimated. They said it was a fairly easy job because the house was empty; we only used one wall color, and because we were ripping out the flooring afterwards so they didn't have to be as neat, but I'd definitely recommend them.

Their crew was good to work with and very respectful in the home. They were also very helpful and quick to answer questions or concerns. This was a job that had to be completed quickly before a move in and Gary was great in arranging his schedule to accommodate. We also did several add-ons on the exterior of the home which they completed while they were on the job. They also came back quickly to address some final touch ups.

It was a great price and they did a great job!

We received an estimate from Rick, who also supervised and performed the retexturing of our hallway ceiling. The estimate was in line with other estimates we received, and we chose this company based on their ability to provide multiple services: painting, wallpaper stripping and ceiling retexturing. The job took longer than originally estimated (3+ days rather than 2), but we are glad that the painters took the time to do the job right rather than trying to rush through everything. There were a couple of mistakes made during the project, but they were addressed before I was even aware of them and we were kept fully informed throughout the project. Cleanup could have been better, but overall, this was an excellent experience. We especially appreciated that the company stood by its original estimate as we experienced a problem with another painting company on that point in the past. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

Gary and his team did a fabulous job. Of all the bids we got for the job, Painting Unlimited's was by far the best and they did more! After we narrowed down our color choices, Gary's team brought back larger sized boards painted in the colors we were interested in at no charge. Really helped us make the final selection. They worked quickly, and always cleaned up. Gary was on-site frequently, and checked with us often to see if we were pleased with their work. Would highly recommend for business or home painting needs.

Fair. Any paint store employee will emphasize that preparation is the key to a good quality paint job. This company doesn't place the necessary concern or detail orientation in this area. While their workers are friendly, I'd suggest telling them not to smoke unless the client is okay. I had to put up with smoke blowing in my windows. Likewise, even though I was generous with making sure the workers had cold snacks, drinks and even served pizza when they were done, the owner showed no appreciation for my efforts and charged me more for work he promised up front to do. All in all, I felt that the company is cheap with their work, materials and attention to detail. I will not be recommending them.

Gary provided a detailed quote in a very short period of time, with explanations about why my existing paint job was fading. His painters arrived on the agreed upon date/time and completed the work in a timely fashion. One small area was missed and after I called the painters returned, apologized and finished the work.

Very timely from the estimate to the completion of job. Completed a 2500 square foot house in 2 days. Prepped 1 day and painted the next.

On time, polite, paid attention to weather and my wants.

I love doing business with these guys, who 6 weeks earlier had painted the exterior of our house. They are very high quality, the guys are thoughtful, and they completed the work on time. Gary Bovey is a thoughtful owner, respects the customer, and makes sure that enough painters are on the job to get it done on time. The painters were great to have in the house, and we are most pleased with the outcome!

Called the company on 10-16-06. Dave Lindsey and Don Moon came out the next day to give us an estimate. Wrote the estimate on the spot. No waiting! They started and finished the siding the next day! Hauled away old wood, too. Started the drywall work the same afternoon and finished it on another day we agreed upon. Both men, and their assistant, Matt Young, were terrific, hard workers, did what they said they would, when they said they would. We were very happy with them, the work they did, and the price. We will call them for all future needs and highly recommend them.

This company did not return our calls. We called to get an estimate on interior painting and some exterior painting.

Gary Bovey was our contact, and he was fantastic in his professionalism. He arrived 5 min. early each time and waited to ring the bell right on time. He called if he was going to be held up and made sure his crew picked up after themselves each day. I felt very comfortable leaving them at my home while I was gone. They have done several jobs for me, inside and out, and I will continue to use them each and every time! What a great find!

They did an excellent job. Gary Bovey was responsive from my first contact. They were always on time and their workers were pleasant and accomodating (took off shoes when came into the home). They did a great job scraping/removing old paint and caulk and did a great job on the painting as well. Our front door was stripped to the bare metal which was a long process. They kept working longer than usual hours to complete in one day. Gary returned and checked on the work and walked around the home with me at the end. I appreciated their reliability, responsiveness and the job they did. I would definitely use them again. I had several quotes and they were very competitive.

Gary showed up at 10:30 am with different person. The other person stood Gary up. This person seems to be a good job.

Gary, the owner, is a professional. The two painters who actually did the work were friendly and polite. They finished the job in a timely manner. The rates were very reasonable. We had to leave town unexpectedly before the painting was finished and ended up mailing a check for half the amount to Gary (we wanted to see the house before we paid the full amount). Anyway, the check did not get to him before we returned, meaning he couldn't pay his guys as promptly as he would have liked, but was understanding about the whole situation.

Great price, great work and very nice people to deal with.

They had excellent workmanship and paid attention to detail. The price was reasonable, and they were very professional. They went the extra mile and ensured the existing and new garage door were both restained to match. Gary and his team will do all my painting in the future.

Said it would take 2 days, but got everything done in 1. 4 workers, overall good job but I think they went too fast at the end. Some paint spilled on upstairs carpet and I have noticed a few drops on the baseboards and light switches. Nothing so major as to call them back, though.

I was very nervous about this job as the columns were quite expensive and it was imperative that they match my cherry kitchen cabinets. As well, it was new construction and the carpentry was rough in some places. Gary's employee Dale spent quite a bit of time fixing all the imperfections left by the carpenter and did a fabulous job. I have had many other contractors and these are by far the most professional. I will be using them for my future painting needs.

THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND NEAT. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE, AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB.
