Called the office on Saturday to schedule appointment. Scheduled for Monday morning 9am. Had to change appointment to Wednesday, was able to work directly with Rick (salesman) who gave me his cell # to schedule time that worked for both of us. Rick came out and looked at the garage. He was very knowledgeable about the doors, actually knew the model # of my 40yr old door they were going to remove. Showed me the bundled price, but also let me know that what I needed was different than the bundle. Saved me money. I needed to also have the framing/casing replaced around the door and he gave me a separate price for that as well. Went ahead and scheduled an installation for 6 days from then on the spot. The installation department left me a message the day before to remind me, also called again to say they had an opening earlier in the day to ask if that would be ok. They then called the morning of to let me know they would be there in 30 minutes. I was able to leave the door unlocked and they replaced and hauled everything away in 3-4 hours. Don't know how they measure up in price, but the speed at which I was able to get a new door installed from search to installation was well worth a little more $$ than searching and getting a bunch of quotes.. Would call them again or recommend to anyone. Rick, my salesman, was great!!

The motor would run but the door did not lift. I called Overhead Door, and got same-day service. Serviceman replaced springs and put a reinforcing bar on door. Also did a general maintenance check. It works great now.

Our door broke about 5:30 in the evening. When we went to move our cars outside later that night, we discovered that the door was too heavy for us to lift on our own. We called to set up an appointment with their 24/7 phone line, and we were offered services that night (at 10 pm). We decided to wait until morning. We called back just after their office opened, and they said they could come that afternoon around 12. We received a call a few minutes before 12, and they showed up at 12:15 and got right to work. They were here for approximately 45 minutes and were professional and quick. We were really pleased with their work and would use them again.

Everything went well, one of the decorative pieces were a little bit crooked and they were very responsive in fixing it. They actually replaced the whole panel to make sure it was done right. The only problem now is that the plastic dividers (on the garage door windows to make each larger window look like ~ 8 square ones) are a bit warped, but I'm sure when I contact them that they'll have a good solution for us.

No Problems from start to finish. The installers knew what to do, were polite, kept the area clean. Would use them again in a heartbeat (hope not too soon) but this Company is definitely deserving of an aaa rating.

I called them in the morning and got through immediately. They came out within several hours and repaired it. They advertise a 24/7 emergency service. I called the evening before and there is no such thing. You can't get through or leave a message. Once I did get through in the morning their service was very fast.

I don't know how much they charged for their services. They were average I guess. They were prompt and quick. I will use them again in the future.

They were ok. The didn't completely address the problem. They greased the track and checked the bolts on fittings, but the over arching problem with my garage door needed new hinges. I talked to another company and they came out to fix my garage door.

Overhead was fantastic to work with...I called Saturday morning after my garage door came off the track and bent/folded over itself. It had been making a noisy bang when opening. I had recently had the door serviced by the company that installed the door and while they fixed the door from not opening all the way, it then didn't close all the way. I was told that there was nothing they could do and the bang was normal. After calling overhead, the technician was out w/in two hours and was friendly and helpful. Not only did he fix the existing problem, but he also told me the timing on the motor was set wrong and the puller thingy (that pulls the door up) was improperly installed. He fixed both things, made sure the door was going up and down correctly, oiled all of the parts and showed me how to keep the door properly maintained. It was a little more expensive than I anticipated for a Saturday, but after such great service and hearing/seeing how much better my door was, it was completely worth it and I happily paid the overtime price. I will only use Overhead in the future.

I have had to use them a couple of times within the past year. They are very good and very professional. They realized what the problem was and fixed it all. In my case, the circuit board in my garage door opener was burnt out. In my mom's house the door itself would not open and the chains that lifted it had come off so they had to fix that. So I would highly recommend them. The price was OK. They were good and they came out quite quickly.

Everything went well. They were on time. It was broken into two phases. It took about a day to fix the opener. They had to order the door. I would definitely use them in the future.

It went well. I found a coupon for the company in an advertisement and got two springs installed for the regular price of one. There was no high pressure to preform the work. I would recommend this company to anyone needing garage door work done.

The service was good, but they were late in coming. They were very late.

Everything went well except when he left we noticed that the lightbulb did not function when the garage door was opened and closed. We wre told someone would come out to fix it. Someone did come out and check the door, however they forgot to change the light. No one every came back and we had to change the light ourselves. Although it may seem trivial, it was an inconvenience.

They were prompt and did good work. I have not had any more problems with the garage door.

We were sitting and the living room and we heard a loud "bang"! The overhead spring on our garage door had snapped. This was a Sunday and Overhead was there by early evening to fix it. We had to pay an extra fee for Sunday service, but well worth it to us! Great experience all around!
