The service was prompt and efficient. The service person did note a significant problem on the single-door opener and brought it to my attention. His recommendation, after comparing repair costs versus replacement cost and considering the age of the door opener, was that it be replaced. He very patiently went over all cost comparisons with me, to include cost of their equipment and installation; purchasing another opener of my own and having them install; having only one of the doors done as opposed to both and the pros and cons of all options. I had no pressure at all that a repair or replacement needed to be done immediately or that I should choose their own product over one of my own choosing. I chose to seek my own replacement openers but will definitely call them back to install. Their prices are very competitive.

Due to my previous experience with this company, I called them to do the work to install two new garage door openers which I had purchased. The work was accomplished professionally and efficiently. The technician noted that one of the openers came out of the box with a defect; however he informed me it would not affect the operation of the door and the most effective option would be for them to go ahead with the install, I could then pursue a replacement with the opener manufacturer and then call back the installer to replace the opener at minimal cost, if any. I appreciated the recommendation and followed his advice. The replacement came a few weeks later and the replacement work was accomplished at minimal charge.

We have a unique installation in that our doors open vertically up. Overhead doors installed these 16 years ago and they have worked very well. They responded the same day I called and the service techs were very friendly and repaired the door very quickly. I would recommend Overhead Doors to anyone.

The garage door to my condo broke and left me as a prisoner in my own home. I immediately called Overhead Door hoping they would be able to help me out that day. They were able to have a service technician come out early that afternoon. Eric provided excellent service and was very professional. He worked so quickly, I was even able to make it in for the second half of my work day!! The cost for the service was just as I was told over the phone with no extra charges. I hope I won't have a need to use them again in the future, but if I do, I will definitely call them right away!

The garage door opener quit working and my car was trapped in the garage! The spring broke and was terrible! The 2nd garage door was not on an automatic opener and couldn't be lifted manually anymore. The work was done excellent! The technician was here right on time! He was extremely efficient! From 10-3 he single-handedly removed the old doors and parts and installed all of the new doors, springs, and garage door openers.

It went great. They came out and everything was fine on our doors, but it was good to have them check it.

Garage door broke on a Sunday (fortunately, my car was outside the garage). Technichian was able to come out Monday, was very friendly and quickly installed a new tensioner spring. He oiled springs on both our doors free of charge. He inspected the spring on our other garage door and assured me that the spring had previously been repaced and was not significantly worn, so I didn't need to worry about needing to replace it soon.

It went well. They showed up when they were supposed to. We have no complaints.

The serviceman came out and did an inspection on my garage door. He cleaned it and made sure all the wheels were working properly. The motor was also checked. After a clean inspection, the gentleman helped me change my garage code door. Finally, he helped me sync my garage door button inside my car. He definitely went the extra mile. I will definitely call Overhead Door if I ever have an issue related to my garage door.

They were punctual and just overall great experience.

The company was out the same day that I called for an estimate. They showed up when they said they would and everyone I met was very professional. They could have sold me two new openers since I thought they were both broken, but instead the sales guy noticed a loose connection and fixed it for me on the sales call, saving me a couple hundred dollars. Everything looks and works great.

I recently moved into this home. Not sure when last tune-up was performed. Wanted to make sure things were working as they should. Technician arrived on time. He was professional, informative and courteous.

It was wonderful, we were very pleased, we have dealt with them numerous times. They are a very good company in our opinion.

We received quotes from several folks. Overhead Door had a really good Angies List rating, which encouraged us. The garage door manufacturing companies have some good websites to use, so we were able to make our decision on what we wanted via those. We had two quotes on the door we wanted. Overhead matched the price for us (they are very competitive on their standard doors). They also helped us get our old garage door working while we were waiting on delivery of the new ones. Installation was quick and efficiently done. I was very impressed with the knowledgeability of the sales and installation personnel.

Someone tried to break into our mini barn. It went fine.

He fixed a couple of things that were not done properly when the doors were attached years earlier. The door did not work correctly after he left, and I called him and he turned around and came back to fix it. I was very pleased with the work.

They did a good work. We always call them. If we have a problem or issue with the garage door, I think we have used them as long as we have the house. I thought they were very efficient. They do what they say, and they come out the same day you call them. They use good materials too.

Did a great job fixing doors, did not try to do more work than was necessary. Very Happy.

They came on time, they were professional in their approach but the end result was not productive. After servicing my gerage door is not operating smoothly compared to before the service. It is making more noice and making jerks.

Overhead Door was helpful and courteous on the phone. I called at 10 am and got an appointment scheduled for the afternoon. The repair guy came at 3:30 pm. He was knowledgable and quick. Only complaint is that he stunk of smoke and looked (and smelled) like he hadn't bathed for several days. When I asked about the specifics of his work, he was defensive, especially when I asked if the work came with a guarantee. Other than that, though, things are great and my garage door is running perfectly.

The doors are held up fabulously. I did do several comparisons and their pricing was very reasonable. The warranty was very good. The quality of the doors that they installed was excellent. Everything was fine.
