Friendly. Explained everything before repairing

Very friendly, professional, pleasant, well, mannered. Would like to have him all the time for A/C and Furnace services.

System was not cooling properly and after 3 unsuccessful attempts to correct the problem which was under warranty, Bryan arrived on time and through determination and dedication found the underlying issues and corrected each one. He was very personable and fully explained the problems and the solutions. Once he identified the prior failures, he corrected each and double checked the system to be sure it was working properly before left the job site. A whole house humidifier solenoid was replaced. I think that I was over charged. A solenoid can cost between $30 - $50. I was charged a total of $438 for the repair. The tech spent about a half hour on the repair, $300 + for the repair is kind of excessive. I am satisfied with the work done but not the cost.
