Description of Work: My dishwasher was not draining. I called and they were able to send someone out to fit my work schedule. The repairman was prompt and professional. He knew exactly what to do and took care of the problem within 30 minutes. I would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: Mr. Appliance worked on our washing machine. Instead of selling us lots of parts, they candidly told us it was time to get a new washing machine. We liked their work and honestly so much that we have had them back to fix our refridgerator (would not defrost) and our wine cooler (thermastat broken). They are prompt - if not early usually - and very efficiently in providing the services. Their prices are very low. I trust them very much.

Description of Work: I bought a new, high-end refrigerator. While the overall appliance worked fine, the ice-maker never functioned properly. The manufacturer (Bosch) secured the services of Mr. Appliance to remedy this problem. Mr. Appliance came to my home several times, to execute the recommended repairs dictated by Bosch. Mr. Appliance ended up attending a Bosch seminar on the specifics of repairing their appliances. Today Mr. Appliance just installed a brand new unit that they received from Bosch. This company has been excellent, always professional and willing to come into my home and deal with an overly excited beagle. They come exactly when they say they will and their communication before and after service calls have always been prompt. I especially appreciated the follow up calls to see if I was satisfied with the service. As a closing note, the service reps (that I met for the first time in person today) arrived in clean uniforms, polished shoes, driving a clean, well-maintained service vehicle. I give them a five-star rating.
