They did a great job. They are very efficient and timely. They were professional and did a nice job.

He checked everything, then suggested we put it up on concrete blocks as the computer is on a back corner and if it gets wet it affects that computer. We have an HE front loader, about 5 years old. I had problems with it sometimes not starting fully or it stopped between cycles. That issue seems to be solved, tho' I will never buy another Bosch appliance...too many things I dislike about it. Also owned a Bosh dishwasher which lasted maybe 4 years! Technician was prompt, courteous and came in a timely manner. Was easy to work with.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Mr. Appliance. My refrigerator is 15+ years old (I bought it lightly used) and I was skeptical that it would even be worth repairing. It is a built-in model, costing around $8,500+ to replace. After talking to Mr. Appliance on the phone, I decided to give them a try. My technician, Sean, repaired my refrigerator at a very reasonable cost and it is running more efficient than it has for a long time. He even discovered that it was missing the drip pan and several screws were gone and corrected it (Why didn't the previous repair companies find these problems!) He has a work ethic that goes above and beyond to reach the highest result. This is my new go-to company for all my appliance repairs.

Called before they came out. Very prompt and courteous. Fixed cook top gas leak quickly! Looked at double oven which had been making squeaky noise. Could not reproduce noise but gave estimate on fan repair and replacement to have on hand if happens again. Sean was very professional and efficient.

We'd actually give them an A-plus rating. They came out, correctly diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes, got the part within the week, and completed the repair. They were originally assigned to us by our Home Warranty company. We were so satisfied we called them several times after that.

I had to pay for the diagnostic visit. They didn't have the part available to fix the dryer even though I told them about it when I scheduled it. I didn't know what part would be needed but I was hoping he would have something on his truck and he didn't have anything. I knew upfront that I had to pay the fee for the diagnostic. They said it could be counted towards the repair if I went ahead with it. It was still kind of expensive. The guy showed up even though it was really bad weather. He was on time considering the weather. He was kind of rude and took a long time to do what he was doing. He couldn't give me an estimate right away because the computer systems were down or something, so he had to send it to me later. It was pretty upsetting to have to take a day off from work and then have to pay and get nothing out of it.

I thought he was very knowledgable and professional. I would absolutely use Mr. Appliance again.

Dishwasher would not drain. Technician found the problem and corrected it. Dishwasher was under warranty and so there was no charge to me.

I've used Mr Appliance several times. This time, the repairman was upfront and let me know it would be more costly to attempt to repair the washing machine than it would be to replace it. I appreciated his honesty and the discussion we had about the pros and cons of washing machines on the market.

my washing machine drain stopped up with ravelings from a rug which disentigrated in the machine. The technition removed the pump, cleaned the hose and drain.

Fixed our dishwasher dispenser for the cleaner.

This is an old unit. A replacement thermostat was no longer available. A thermostat for a different unit was installed instead. The technician provided an innovative solution which was appreciated. The only negative was, the cost of the repair was pricey.

Called them to check on electric stove (timer & clock was not working). They said the stove was too old and they had no parts. I fixed the issue just by turning off the power then re-starting. | |Had them check my freezer (ice was forming inside at top of door). They said there was nothing wrong with the freezer and it would not freeze up again >> It still freezes up inside the door.

Repaired our washer and dryer. They found an electrical problem with the dryer that could have caused a fire had it not been repaired. We were extremely pleased with the work that Mr. Appliance did.

He was very pleasant but the ice maker was just dead. He was knowledgeable.

Called Mr. Appliance on Tuesday at 4pm to schedule an appt. The earliest they said they could come was Friday. I made that appt. but requested if a cancellation should occur to call me. It was a few minutes later that they called back to tell me they could schedule a service call for Wednesday @ noon. This was great! I was told the tech would be Sean and he would call before coming to the house. Sean, the service tech called about 9:30 this morning to ask if he could come early. He arrived about 10 A.M. Quickly determined the problem and gave me the cost to repair (parts and labor) and honored the $15 discount coupon from Angie's List book. He fixed the washing machine cover switch in short order.

The guy came out and let me know what the problem was. The cost for the repair was going to be more than replacing the microwave. He was professional and it did not take him very long to find the issue. He mentioned that I could go to Menards for about $75.00 and get a new microwave and that is what I did.

His diagnosis was perfect. He did come up with the idea that the filters were clogged and he was right as I ordered them from Culligan and it started working fine, once they were replaced. He was dressed neatly and he was very professional. He was well kept and it was a good experience.

The service was great. The representative and quality were very good. The price was good for me. They will come back and take care of anything that you are not satisfied with. They were very responsive.

The service was okay. They were slow with the work as it took a long time to get a part in. It took three weeks for the part to arrive. The repair and the professionalism were fine.

The service turned out well. We may be needing them for service again. I have used them at least twice and it may have been three times. They are professional and they provide quality service. They were on time.

First we were impressed by the prompt and helpful way our call to Mr. Appliance was answered. Technician, Sean Robinson, was dispatched and impressed us, in turn, by his competence and demeanor. The upshot is we will use Mr. Appliance whenever we need to have competent service of any major appliance. They are experienced, reasonably priced and pleasant to deal with.

I received good advice - the repair to my clock and timer necessitated disassembling my range which would in turn require changing a face plate. The total repair came to $1000 and I decided it wasn't worth it. Since then, my clock and timer started to work again!
