Mr. Appliance of Indianapolis

Ordered parts, replaced broken interior gas connection in gas range. Technician very knowledegeable, arrived exactly on time,left everything neat and in order.

They left the area clean. They were very prompt and really good. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. They were on time, very professional, explained everything that they were doing and there were no surprises. They called to say that he finished his job early and if he could come earlier, so that was great.

They were very thorough and really cared about doing a good job. Initially they found one part that needed to be replaced and came back out to put it in. When they had the bad motor off they saw another part that was also broke. They came back and put that in as well. They made sure no cold air was seeping back through. When I mentioned that the fan was really loud, one of the guys was very knowledgeable and knew how to fix it. We are very happy to have a hood vent working again.

I contacted Mr. Appliance of Greater Indianapolis yesterday via email, and they contacted me first thing in the morning to schedule an appointment today. I initially had an appointment scheduled in the afternoon; however, due to cancellations the repair technician, Craig, came to my home sooner. Craig was very thorough and professional throughout completion of the job. He provided tips to myself and my fiance for trouble-shooting difficulties with the refrigerator in the future. He also assisted us with repositioning our refrigerator, as this was contributing to water not dispensing properly. Our home warranty would not cover repairs to our refrigerator, nor did the technician they initially sent out to estimate repairs fully understand why the difficulties with our refrigerator when occurring. However, Craig was able to quickly identity the main source of the problem, as well identity why other minor problems were occurring. We are pleased with the service provided, and will not hesitate to call Mr. Appliance in the future.

They did great, it was excellent. They were really good. They did a follow up to make sure everything was fine, and they cleaned up everything. This was in a rental property, and they were nice to the people there, and did a great job.

The service worked out wonderful. They have come out several times.

It turned out great. I have no dislikes, I just like the way he did it step by step. He told me what he was doing and explained to me what happened why it didn't work...the drain got clogged up. He is very helpful and excellent. If I have a problem I would call the company again. They were reasonable and they came right out. He did a good job.

The service turned out great. My dryer is actually making a squeaking noise. So, I do not know if that is related to something that they did or if that is something new.

I had a problem with the warranty. The warranty sent somebody out here three times and looked at it and did not fix it. I told them not to send them out here again. Mr. Appliance came out and fixed it. The cost was under warranty.

It worked fine and everything was good. They were very nice. They were great but they didn't quite get what was wrong with it.

The service person did not recommend we have the refrigerator repaired as it would approach the cost of a new appliance.

They did it under warranty and replaced it. Everything was great. We really appreciated the work. It was good work and it was very quick. I took the unit to them. There was a service fee to check out the problem and it was fine.

They did a very good job and determined that I needed a new washer. I used them a few years back for the same washing machine and they did an excellent job. They were very professional and had someone out for my service call right away, like the next day.

The technician arrived on time. He determined that the cooling mechanism in the unit was fine. The fan was sugar coated from an exploded soda. He cleaned off all of the sugar and the unit is now working fine. Thanks so much Mr. Appliance for your integrity!

Sean came on time, was very polite and professional, answered all my questions and explained the control panel on the dishwasher which is complicated if you are not familiar with the current array of bells and whistles on appliance. He was patient with his explanations and very pleasant to work with. I would definitely ask for him again if we need service.

Everything went very well. The gentleman was honest with me and advised that it would be best to buy a new washer since any repairs he could make would only be temporary. Furthermore, he was on time, easy to contact, and even installed a new dryer vent for me at no additional charge.
