Description of Work: We bought a new Dacor oven last November. When we returned from a vacation in July there were strange #'s and letters on the display panel. We called the manufacturer and they sent Mr. Appliance to us. The repairmen had never worked on a model as new as ours and it ended up taking them 2 1/2 hours to replace the panel but it was done and our oven works.

Description of Work: Repairman came promptly to assess our refrigerator that was not keeping up to temperature. He performed a detailed diagnostic and gave a couple of options and helpful suggestions. We decided to replace the frig and did not use their services for repair but I would definitely used them if we decided to repair rather than replace. It was a good experience and I would not hesitate to call them in the future.
