Description of Work: called mr. appliance to arrange to have BSH dishwasher power cord replaced (recalled ). Returned call to me when part was available and came in a timely manner . Technician Gary Miller was very polite respectful of our home - used protection on our hardwood floors. Was not charged for service as it was under warranty. Invoice stated $ 120.00 but not charged to us.

Description of Work: After severe weather we found that our Bosch dishwasher no longer worked. Since it was still under warranty, Bosch told us to contact one of their authorized dealers in Indianapolis. We selected Mr. Appliance. A very nice young man came to our house, determined that the problem was a blown circuit card, ordered the part and returned about a week later (after the part came in) to perform the repair. They were very professional, pleasant to work with, punctual, and the washer now works great. My only complaint is the cost of repair. The part was free under warranty and it still cost almost $200. In their defense, however, that did include 2 visits, one for the diagnosis and the other for about an hour of repair work. A bit pricey in my opinion, but not terrible and everything works great.

Description of Work: Repaired stand-alone ice maker and frosting up garage freezer/refrigerator.

Description of Work: The Mr. Appliance technician replaced my refrigerator's ice maker and checked on the valve that provides the water to the ice maker. He also checked on the freezer fan that had been replaced by another repair company prior to the current difficulty. That repairman had replaced the fan with what he'd said was a comparable fan, but not a factory part. Shortly, after that replacement the ice maker stopped working, so I wasn't sure exactly what the true cause of that failure was. I joust knew that no ice was being made and old ice was forming a solid mass that couldn't be dispensed. As it turned out, the fan was working properly and not the cause of the ice maker failure. Since the Mr. Appliance repair service the ice maker has been working flawlessly. :-)

Description of Work: My less than 1 yr old Dacor Range had the electronic instrument panel go bad. They had never worked on one that new and were not sure how to change it. Luckily there were 2 men on the truck and they were able to complete the work in a mostly reasonable amount of time.

Description of Work: The service rep discovered that a screw that attached the dishwasher to the cabinet had come loose and wasn't allowing the dishwasher door to close properly. He fixed it and replaced the screw on the other side with a longer one so the situation would not happen again. Work was preformed under warranty, so there was no charge.
