We give all our customer's 15% off the MASPG book due to no Business Debt. Warranty is 1 year on Parts Installed and 1 year Labor. Payment due upon completion via. Check, Cash, All Major Credit and Debit Cards accepted.

Description of Work: During the period this winter with the subzero temperatures, Mr Moore came out to fix our leaking dishwasher. Turns out that due to the lack of insulation in our 100+ year old house, the incoming water hose had froze. He fixed the dishwasher and helped me put in some insulation while the dishwasher was pulled out to insure that it wouldn't happen again. Thinking ahead, he also didn't install the kick plate on the front so that the machine could get some warm air. I had a plumber in the day before who took off that kick plate to get a look at the problem and re-installed it which didn't impress me much after the fact.

This is Mike Moore from Moore Appliance service. I have responded to this poor rating of an F for a job that I completed for customer [Member Name Removed]. I have given Angie's list copies of the invoice that shows that I counseled the customer prior to the repair that the stove had manufacture defects and that I suggested it would not be worth the repair. Customer stated that they really liked the stove and wanted to keep it. I advise them again that the manufacturer has not fixed the problem with the controls and that it could happen again. Sad to say this is one customer in a thousands of others that I've been given an "A" rating that is not happy with the decision they made to repair their appliance. Their money was completely refunded. Since I gave Angie's list proof that I did nothing wrong to this customer they still have not removed the rating from my homepage andI have repeatedly requested it.

MIKE CALLED BEFORE ARRIVAL TO GET DIRECTIONS. CAME WITHIN 2 DAYS OF CALLING. IT IS IMPORTANT TO HAVE AS MUCH INFO AS POSSIBLE (MAKE, MODEL ETC.) OF APPLIANCE WHEN CALLING SO HE CAN BRING RIGHT PART.

HE HAS DONE WORK FOR ME IN THE PAST. MY FRIG WAS NOT KEEPING FOOD COLD. HE CLEANED COILS, STILL NOT WORKING. AFTER CHECKING EVERYTHING, IT WAS FOUND I NEEDED A NEW FRIG. HE ONLY CHARGED ME FOR THE CALL, NOT THE LABOR BECAUSE THE FRIG COULDN'T BE FIXED.
