I am very sad to write this review. I had Mr. Moore perform several repairs for me and was very pleased. I am to report that I called on 6/12/19 to schedule a repair for 6/20. My scheduled time was 9am - 11am. No one came to the appointment. I called twice and left two messages. One at 10:40am and again at 1:52pm. I also sent a text at 12:28pm. I received no reply to any of those messages. I thought I would try again to reach Mr. Moore today but I thought I might have better luck if I called from a different phone number. Mr. Moore answered and said that he was still out of town and at his brother's wake. I share this because I really liked Mr. Moore and I am very disappointed that I was not contacted to cancel or reschedule. To leave me a returning customer waiting all day (having taken the day off from work for this appointment) and not been contacted is very disappointing and I did expect far better than that. I would have understood and gladly rescheduled, but not to be contacted and left to wonder what happened is not acceptable.

I am a one-man operation and have been doing business 28 years. I received a phone call at 3 AM in the morning that my brother was near passing. The last thing on my mind was calling my customers. He passed before I got there and it was very hectic the next several days. If that means I was wrong; Then I’ll take that judgment."

I am a one-man operation and have been in business for 28 years and rely solely on referrals. With that said, I was out of town on a family emergency. Even if there was no emergency in the future; how do I receive an F for not answering a phone."

Mr. Moore arrived on schedule, quickly diagnosed the problem, and provided an estimate of the repair cost which I considered quite reasonable. Mr. Moore had the necessary parts on his truck and proceeded with the repair which involved a significant disassembly of the dryer. He thoroughly cleaned the dryer before reassembling everything and made sure it was working properly before leaving. The dryer is now as good (and quiet) as when it was new. We are very happy with Mr. Moore's performance and will certainly call him should any of our appliances need attention.

Mike Moore called me back within 5 minutes and gave me a 2 hour window that day. He called when he was on his way. In addition to getting my washer running, he looked at my other appliances (we bought a house recently with appliances but the owners didn't leave any manuals) and gave me a rundown on of features, etc. He was well versed in several brands of appliances and explained his methods step by step. No surprises! Great service with a fair price from a knowledgeable and professional serviceman. Would highly recommend!

Mr.Moore worked on and completely repaired my dryer the same day I called. His service was excellent, he was professional and pricing was very reasonable. On a scale of 1 to 10--- he is off the chart wonderful. Highly recommend his services.

I can write a very similar review to the previous reviewer; have used for 12+ years for nearly all large appliance repairs. Thoroughly knowledgeable, prompt, provides excellent information, trustworthy, knows exactly what needs fixed and why. I would not use anyone else for appliance repair.

We have been using him for about 12 years now. We call him all the time. He is very honest and educational. He sometimes teaches us about the appliances and what went wrong. He is very up front and his prices are reasonable. He is always prompt for appointments. He does good work and I trust his suggestions on things that need to be replaced.

Everything went well - dryer was running but not heating or drying clothes. Called on a Wednesday and able to get apt set up for Thursday.  Came on time, very professional and knowledgeable. Able to fix the problem quickly and explained to me what was done. will use again if I have any other appliance issues.  More than fair on price.

Mr. Moore is prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, honest and skilled.  Screws and their 'mollies' had fallen out and/or were missing from our oven door.  The entire repair took him approximately 25 minutes.  This included oven door removal, cleaning, drilling, securing and reattaching the door.  As a bonus, he even applied appliance paint to repair a small chip on the corner of the stove top.  He is so reasonably priced and also offers a discount to repeat customers.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Mr. Moore came the day after I called.  He arrived on time and completed the work, getting water to run and determining that the ice-maker was working.  He let me know that he would return the next day if I did not have ice.  There was no need for him to return as the ice-maker worked fine!  The work took less that 1 1/2 hours and cost much less that I expected.  I will definitely use this business again!

I called Mike in the morning and he came out in the afternoon. I had a non functioning refrigerator/freezer and Mike quicky found the problem was a bad computer - mother board. He provided an estimate but I decided to replace the unit with a new one. Mike then gave me a great education on major appliances that was well worth the $50.00. I now have a new "appliance guy".
