Description of Work: We scheduled Molly Maids for a "move out" clean. We called the 800 number and received a rough estimate of the cost and timing (estimated 3 - 3 1/2 hours). The local office called because they wanted to see the house in person and assess its condition. That visit resulted in roughly the same estimate (about 3 1/2 hours). | |We were to receive a confirmation call with an arrival window, but no call was received. We called on the day of the clean to make sure that everything was fine. They told us that the team would arrive between 10:30am and 11:30am. The ladies arrived about 11:00 and we briefly discussed what was to be cleaned. | |The house was empty, so they didn't have to dust/clean furniture. They wiped the baseboards and doors, cleaned bathrooms, vacuumed, and cleaned appliances. They cleaned out the inside of the refrigerator, microwave, and stove/oven. All were sparkling. | |The only misses they had were with the laundry room - they forgot to clean the shelves. I pointed this out and their supervisor went up and cleaned them. They also didn't get the dining area floor very clean. We ended up cleaning it ourselves after they left. According to their guarantee, they would have come back to clean the floor, but that wasn't convenient for us since we moved away. |

+ -1 moreThey do a really good job. The house smells so clean when I walk in and everything is scrubbed and clean. They change our sheets and use our vacuum (b/c we asked them) to clean our floors. I have had occassional cleans that haven't been quite as clean but our regular crew just knocks it out and does a great job. Becky is so great about rescheduling or working with you if you want to change how and what is cleaned. One time we screwed up and forgot they were coming and just couldn't let them clean that day and because we've been with them for so long and haven't had it happen, Becky just let us reschedule without a charge. I like doing business with places that know who you are and value you as a customer. I've had them cleaning our home for years and have recommended them to several friends.

+ -1 moreBecky is the person that I talk to get quotes. She is very nice and came out to give me an estimate on regular cleanings. Tina and Sherry were the two who did the deep cleaning and I was very impressed with the level of detail that they cleaned. They worked very hard for about four and a half hours with only a 10 minute break. Our house is spotless where they cleaned. They took a little longer than expected so they needed to come back to finish the basement and it will cost a little more. However, I am not complaining because I will take the level of clean that they have given us over the extra time and cost. They could have skipped some things and made the time limit but I am glad they did not (and they gave me the option of cutting things out). I plan to continue to use them in the future and would recommend them to others.
Description of Work: Molly Maids has been doing my regular cleanings for the past several years. I recently hired them to do a deep clean on a new home that I bought. They scrubbed the kitchen clean including all of the appliances. They cleaned light fixtures, ceiling fans, bathrooms and every bit of the woodwork. They used Murphy's on the woodwork and it is shiny clean.

Description of Work: The charge was for cleaning the entire house. They quoted me this then called once in the home to say that they wanted almost double the price to clean. Our house is not overly dirty. We agreed that they would do the downstairs for the agreed price (although I wasn't completely comfortable with this). When I got home, there were still cob-webs, the microwave hadn't been cleaned. There were a number of areas that were unsatisfactory. Especially when we had paid $65.00 to another company for far better cleaning.

+ -1 moreI was impressed that the owner came to our home to personally provide an estimate for service. Other providers did this over the phone making us wonder if the actual bill would be different. Our fees have been exactly as promised in that initial estimate. Our initial cleaning was scheduled on rather short notice, on a day that is particularly busy for them, but they fit us in anyway, because it was important to us to get the house cleaned before a baby shower. The cleaning ladies showed up exactly at the promised time, and did a very good job cleaning. They have been polite and easy to work with. My only regret is that we are not having them come every week! Great job!
Description of Work: An initial deep clean ($195) and regularly bi-weekly cleaning ($85/cleaning) of my 1600 sq. foot (3BR/2BA) home. A team of the two same ladies clean our home at each visit. A third lady sometimes stops by to check the quality of their work. Includes all major cleaning of floors, bathrooms, kitchen, etc.

+ -1 moreTHEY DIDN'T DO A VERY GOOD JOB. I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR CLEANING. THEY LEFT DUST AND PET HAIR ON PICTURE FRAMES AND GLASS, ALSO DIDN'T USE SWEEPER ATTACHMENTS TO DO DETAILED WORK AROUND FLOOR BOARDS AND WALLS. I ENDED UP HAVING TO DO MORE CLEANING AFTER THEY WOULD LEAVE. THEY DID NOT EVEN USE ANY SORT OF CLEAN SMELLING FRAGRANCE WHEN THEY WOULD CLEAN. OTHER CLEANING COMPANIES I'VE USED LEFT MY HOUSE SMELLING VERY CLEAN, THAT WAS NOT THE CASE HERE. THE OWNER DID ATTEMPT TO MAKE IT RIGHT BY OFFERING A FREE CLEANING, BUT SHE SENT THE SAME CREW AND THEY DID NOT DO A GOOD JOB AGAIN.
