It always been good.

During an annual AC tuneup (our unit is less than 3 years old), their technician/apprentice gave us a hard sell to invest in a home air duct cleaning and sealing. He made it seem like a must have and would dramatically help with out allergies and air quality. After a day of workers in our home $3,500 spent we have no change. We asked for a report of the air quality. They did not send. Months later when they arrived for the furnace tune up, we repeated that we did not receive the air duct report. They made a note on the receipt for it to be sent. It still never came. We repeated calls over the next several months. Since we paid for their service plan they came for the next AC tune up and now they are recommending $1800 in additional work because we now have microbial growths in our air duct that need our "immediate attention" despite the fact that a few weeks ago we purchased air quality readers for each our bedrooms and the air quality ranges from Good to Very Good. This company has their technicians do all they can to recommend and get the biggest sale especially in our neighborhood. I am at my wit's end. Aside from them being close to our home and it being easier to get a quick appointment they are a consistent disappointment.

I've been going with Mr. Quik. I've been using them for like two years now. I ended up getting their Shape plan. You can get all your appliances pretty much checked throughout the year for like $100. They just come out three times a year and just check all your appliances. It's free for them to come out just to check it and depending on what the part is, they will give you a discount when they replace the part.

For the last 4 or 5 years I have been doing their annual service maintenance contract for furnace/ AC/ Tankless water heater. They have always communicated well, showed up on time. But every time I always felt that they were just trying to upgrade to drive revenue. Last fall had a service gentleman tell I needed to consider swapping out my furnace as there was some rust. He warned that I should be concerned because of carbon monoxide poisoning. hmmmm.. Earlier this spring in April a service rep replaced something on the AC unit during the maintenance stop for 282.00. He said it was highly recommended and what ever it was was not working properly. This week the AC stopped cooling appropriately and so I called them again to come look. Recommended replacing the unit. Honestly, I have had this TRANE unit for 14 years, builders grade so I am okay with this recommendation. Although my neighbor who has never had service from anyone and his unit is the same as mine is running perfectly fine. Mister Quik opened their book and prices went from 6911 - 13,000.00 or so with 4 different options. I chose to get additional quotes out side of Mister Quik. I have received 3 other quotes for 3.5 ton AC units from other competitors of Mister Quik. Not the lowest performing model either like was offered by Mister Quik. I specifically called companies of Comparable size. I am purchasing a from another high quality provider for 5474..00 installed. Williams Comfort Air is providing 10 year warranty on everything including labor unlike the attached proposal. I have been your customer for 5 years or so if not longer and you are trying to take advantage of a difficult situation that very few people plan for. I will never use your service again. I will make sure that I tell others to go elsewhere.

This is the maintenance contract that I had when I bought it, so I just take advantage of it. It didn't cost me anything. I would give them A, everything A.

They came out within a few hours. They fixed the problem in about an hour. He seemed very knowledgeable.

I use them all the time. They give you a four hour window, they are as good as anybody else.
