Mann Irrigation

The work was performed a week ago and the mound of dirt was knocked down but not graded level. The machine used left ruts in the yard and were not filled in and the rest of the yard was not graded out or additional dirt added. The idea from the start was to have the yard graded where needed, dirt added to level out low spots and seed planted. I called after the work was completed and left a message asking to discuss the work preformed without any response for 4 days. My girlfriend decided to called and speak with him to see if we could address the issue only to have him speak to her rudely and very unprofessional without ever asking to meet to go over the issue or address our concerns. We are very easy to work with and like to deal with professionals who are easy to communicate with. I rarely complain about other companies and would rather work things out when a situation arises especially being I too am a business owner an know how important it is to meet my customers needs. After the call with the contractor my girlfriend called me in tears and asked why someone would talk so rudely to her when all she wanted to do was discuss our concerns.

Jeffrey is a very nice guy, very reasonable, conscientious. I recommended them to our homeowner's associattion. They are also family owned. He did quite a few homes. Once I recommended them, he did about 6 or 7 homes in our subdivision.

I have been using them for ten years. He usually mails us the bill after he completes the work. What standout are the quality of the work, knowledgeable about the industry, professionalism, and timeliness of when you need a repair. They are there very quick. Anytime I have issues, I call them up and they are there that day or the next day.

All went well, he was here and gave a good estimate, came recommended from a friend. We were happy, just a little perplexed that we had a bill for the closing of the system since it was installed end of season, but we paid it and at the time didn't question it. (The other contractors included that in their estimates since it was end of season, but maybe priced accordingly also.) For the month we were able to use it, it worked well, and he was prompt and quick, clean and neat about getting it closed up for the winter. Can't wait to be able to use it if summer ever gets here!

Jeff Mann was wonderful from beginning to end. He was timely, professional and responsive. All without being salesy. His price was similar to others we received estimates from. However, the quality of the work was extraordinary. The installation was so clean that you could barely notice it was put in the ground. All of our neighbors commented how good it looked. He took the time to explain how everything worked afterwards. We could not be more happy with the service and would recommend him without hesitation.

Jeff returned my call quickly to set up a time to come by to provide an estimate. He came on time and explained his plan for a custom irrigation system for my home and what it would cost. He answered all of my questions very clearly. He was very pleasant and did not pressure me at all. His price was fair. I've had irrigation systems in previous homes so I knew what range of prices to expect. we set up an installation date and they arrived exactly on time, worked quickly and did not leave any mess for me to clean up. Jeff thoroughly explained how to use the clock/timer and to close the system for the winter and restart in Spring. He set up the direction of the sprinkler heads perfectly and encouraged me to contact him at any time if I had questions or if any adjustments were needed. Since then, I haven't had any problems at all! The system works perfectly and using the timer is so easy. Jeff even stopped by last week when he was in the neighborhood to see how the system was doing. I highly recommend Mann Irrigation and have recommended him to my friends and neighbors.

They did a wonderful job installing the system into our yard. You cannot tell they were ever there as they took great care with the yard and left no trenches or dead areas. Our yard is an odd shape and required many sprinkler heads to get full coverage, thus there was a significant amount of work involved. They also installed a rain sensor and backflow system.

This provider has started up and closed down our sprinkler system ever since we built our house 7 years ago. We needed a backflow test this year and he completed that task May 17, 2011. As a part of the process, we asked him to reroute 4 of our sprinkler heads and he noticed that 2 needed to be replaced. They were damaged due to a number of possible causes: mowing. aerating, weather, and rain. So he returned in early June to complete these further needs.

Jeff was recommended by 2 neighbors. He came out and gave me an estimate for the work, explaining each item on his estimate. He told me how long it would take and showed the types of sprinkler heads he would use in each zone. He was on time every day (2). He cleaned up every speck of mess. He was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in a lawn irrigation system.

The man was very rude, he cut our cable, our first water bill was very high because there was a leak. They did come back out and fix the leak. He had poor manners and didn't seem to take the situation seriously.I would never use them again.

We were extremely impressed with Jeff. He walked us through every step of the irrigation system, explained in detail why he would suggest particular heads for our yard and was there for the installation.

He was prompt on arriving at our house to disconnect the heads that had to be moved. Then when the patio installer was ready for him to return and reinstall the new head at the new locations, he arrived promptly and finished the job satisfactorily.

I was given a very positive referral to Mann's Service by a colleague at work. Although this is their busy season, Jeff Mann scheduled an early evening appointment to give me an estimate and arrived on time. I had intended to get several estimates, but after speaking with him I was happy with his price and confident of their workmanship. Contacted him the next day to accept his bid and they were out 2 weeks later to install an irrigation system on my half-acre lot (front/back/sides of house). I thought they did a very professional job; completed the job in single day and rather than just throwing an owners manual at me, they took the time to walk me completely through the operation. My neighbor got an estimate while Jeff's crew was installing my system and he also signed up on the spot; homeowner a few houses down paid at least 50% more ($2,000- $3,000 additional) by purchasing through our builder.

JEFF HAS BEEN SUPER TO WORK WITH, AND I KNOW THAT IF I HAVE A QUESTION OR NEED SERVICE ON THE SYSTEM, HE'LL GET RIGHT BACK TO ME. ANY FOLLOW-UP VISITS HAVE BEEN WITHIN THE AGREED-UPON TIMEFRAME.

JEFF WAS HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING HIS RECOMMENDATIONS AS FAR AS SPRINKLER LOCATION, ETC. THE PRICE INCLUDES THE BASIC SYSTEM AND ALSO ADD ONS THAT WE CHOSE TO INCLUDE. HE IS VERY BUSY AT THE BEGINNING OF THE LAWN CARE SEASON AND I DID NEED TO FOLLOW UP WITH HIM. AFTER THE INSTALLATION, WHEN I HAVE HAD QUESTIONS, HE HAS BEEN VERY RESPONSIVE. HE HAS WALKED ME THROUGH EASY FIXES, BUT DOES NOT HESITATE TO COME OUT TO DO SERVICE. OVERALL, I WOULD GIVE HIM AN A-.
