Very good service.

Plumber arrived at scheduled time. Had to remove bathroom stool and replace seal that had been leaking. Our bathroom is very small and he was very careful not to damage anything. Cleaned the floor, replaced the seal, reset stool and caulked around stool. Also had bathroom sink drain cleaned out. Did an excellent job. Cleaned up after job was done. Very reasonable price.

He is very knowledgeable and helped us to find the problem with a check valve put in by another company. Now we have right type of check valve installed that can be serviced by a plumber if there is ever a problem occurred down the road. Very satisfied with his service.

They came out and tried to clean the drain, but didn't have the proper equipment to look in the drain, and charged me anyway even though they had been out about 4 or 5 months earlier. I wasn't happy with what they did. They did not know exactly what the problem was and didn't have the equipment to take care of the problem. They didn't offer a good solution.

He was prompt to arrive, quick to finish, and thorough in his explanation of the location and nature of the problem. Thanks!

It was a surprisingly great experience. Called the day before and set up a 9:00 appointment, Mr. Lee said he'd call when he was en route; he called as promised (8:50am). He looked for an exterior clean-out to avoid bringing the equipment into the house. Not finding one, he selected the least intrusive way to get in. He quickly set-up and got to work. It was cleared fairly quickly (less then 20 minutes). He told me what the clog consisted of and then the next 30 minutes we made sure that the drain was indeed completely open. As water was flushing that drain, he noticed the floor drain trap in the adjacent room was clogged. (I had long ago thought it was permanently sealed.) So as the water was flushing the main sewer line drain, he cleaned the floor trap out and got it operational, "otherwise, someone will be out for that soon." A little over an hour and half, he was done and gone. It's so nice to encounter someone who knows and does their job well and is genuinely pleasant, especially since they are coming into your home. I would definitely recommend Gary Lee - Lee's Complete Drain Service to any and everyone.

I was completely impressed with Lee's professionalism and punctuality. He also really cared to take the time to do a good job, the other company I used previously spent only a few minutes doing the job and left a mess. Not only that, what he charged was almost 1/2 of what I have paid in the past. I would recommend him to anyone!

I had hired another sewer cleaning company a few days earlier to take care of the problem, with poor results. The problem remained, and it was suggested that I need to install a clean-out partway down my yard (at great expense, and with no guaranteed results). When I called Mr. Lee, I was rather at my wit's end. He, thankfully, was not only kind and patient in terms of listening to my dilemma, he was also informed, informative and helpful. While he agreed that sometimes a new clean-out was the only option, he also concurred that this was a radical measure (particularly based on only one opinion). But he also agreed that the other company's concerns about the length of my sewer line could be valid regarding the possibility of the sewer cleaning cable becoming hopelessly tangled when strung out at such considerable length. Mr. Lee, nonetheless, said he and his team would be willing to give the job a go. He cautioned, though, that he, too, might not be able to take care of the problem and he urged me to "call around" to other sewer cleaning companies and see what they had to say before I made my next decision. This was good advice. Ultimately, I found another company that (confidently) took on the job that same day and solved it in a very brief time. In talking with Mr. Lee, I learned that he also does smaller jobs, plumbing-related jobs, and I will surely call him again should those sorts of problems arise. I was very impressed with him, with his knowledge, and especially, with his approach.

Washed clothes and when washer was spinning water backed up in one bathtub and both toilets. There was black stuff and dirty water. I cleaned up the mess and washed a small load and watched the water in the toilets. It didn't back up but the water was moving. I usually have to have roots cleaned out every 3 or 4 years. It had only been a year and 4 months Not sure why, I decided to use someone different this time and went to the list. My preference is to use smaller companies who care about the quality of their work because they want to grow their business. Price was another big consideration. I made some calls. I decided to call Lee's Complete Drain Service after reading his reviews. I got his machine and within 15 minutes Gary Lee called me back. He gave me an estimate and said he had a $10 coupon in the paper. He could be here in half hour. He was. He spent about an hour cleaning roots out of the drain. He said it was in pretty bad shape. If it has to be reopened within the next 6 months, he'll do it at no charge. So far, so good.

Was very courteous and explained what he did well.

I called Gary and explained situation and set-up an appointment time. On the day of the appointment, Gary did not show up. I called a couple of times and got his voice mail. I left a couple of messages. Later that evening he called and apologized that he had forgotten about the appointment. Since he takes all of his own calls, he remembered receiving my call, but had not written down the date and time. We set-up an another appointment. This time he was actually early, which worked fine for me. Next time I have a plumbing problem, I will most likely use a friend's recommendation.

Gary Lee came out and cleaned out the roots in our Meridian Kessler house drain. This should be done EVERY year to avoid backups from heavy rains like we had this summer. Gary quoted $165 said there is a $10 coupon in the phone book. This price is less than several other quotes I received. We made an appointment and he called several times to confirm and predict the time he would show up. He removed several bunches of roots. Cleaned up well. I would recommend him. Took about 90 minutes.

It turned into a difficult job but he did excellent work and only charged the estimate price. Outstanding honesty and service.

Third time Gary has cleared our main water line and he did a great job, as always, for much less than the plumbing companies charge for the same service. He is personable, neat and gets right down to business. I learned he can handle all plumbing issues, so I will use Gary for all future plumbing matters.

He was very cordial and very punctual with getting with us. This is a good service company.

This was the second time Gary snaked out the main sewer line from our basement. He returned my call promptly and said he would be out the next day before noon. He was here as promised and worked quickly and neatly. Other companies we had called before we were able to locate Gary's number said, over the phone, that we should consider having the pipe replaced (which usually costs a few thousand dollars) because tree roots in the line indicate a break somewhere. Gary explained that tree roots grow through the seams of the pipe sections in search of water and this likely explains our situation. He said many companies suggest new piping so they can get more money. Presumably because he has less overhead, he charged less than other companies quoted for the same work. Very pleased. Will definitely use him in the future.

MY NIECE CALLED LEE'S COMPLETE DRAIN SERVICE ON A SUNDAY TO FIX A PROBLEM WITH THE PLUMBING ON THE PROPERTY SHE IS RENTING FROM ME. HE CAME RIGHT OUT, WAS VERY COURTEOUS, CLEAN AND FIXED A PROBLEM THAT HAD BEEN ON-GOING. CHARGED $140.00 FOR A SUNDAY SERVICE CALL.
