I purchased a Big Deal for winterization of our sprinkler system. Brian Ray contacted me right away about how busy his schedule was due to the Big Deal. We soon settled on a date. He called when he was on his way for the appointment and rang our bell when he arrived. He answered some questions I had about the placement of our sprinkler shut-off in the yard. He was very helpful and informative. We have decided to use him this year for our sprinkler needs.

He scheduled us within a few days of calling. A day after the work was completed we had some water dripping from the irrigation line-- even though he told us this was expected and how to correct it he still came out to ensure that there wasn't a problem with the system and did not charge us for the second visit. We will use Brian again for our future sprinkler needs!

I was using another service that did a very good job but were quite expensive. I tried Brian on a Big Deal and was very satisfied. His prices were less than what I had been paying. Also he is willing to work with my 20 year old system and has not pressured me to replace it. His statement is that if it isn't completely broke, don't replace it. I really appreciate that. Brian is great to work with and very responsive. I had a lot of landscaping done this year and will use Brian in the spring to reconfigure my system. I am planning on using his services annually.

They were teriffic. We were first time users and we were very pleased.

They are pretty good. The system itself is pretty good. They stand behind their work. We had one of the parts brook and they came back and fixed it. They took care of the problems that came and did not try to hide it. I was happy for there service.

Brian was very polite and explained that he may or may not be able to fix my problem without ordering parts. He showed up and quickly repaired a non functioning landscape light. He also advised me of future problems to look for. Very quick and easy transaction.

I purchased an Angies List Coupon which was responded to immediately when I called to schedule. We decided on a date for him to come out to look at the site. While there he found several problems that we had not noticed. We had a fence installed, and while we knew they had cut some of the lines, he found more problems and quickly pointed them out to me. It was going to take more time and materials than he had planned. He was very willing to start the work that day, but we both agreed it would not be a good idea. The day was a Friday, and if he had started he would have left open trenches over the weekend. Since there were young children living in the house, we decided not to start until the following Monday or Tuesday. He returned on Tuesday and started and completed the job that day. He was very good about keeping in touch by phone before he came, so that I would be sure to be there. His work was quick and thorough. I look forward to him taking care of our system for years to come.

I moved in to a house in December with an existing irrigation system. I wasn't sure when the last time was that general repair had been done and couldn't locate all of the sprinkler heads. Brian spent several hours at my house locating all of the heads and doing numerous repairs including replacing all of the broken heads and substituting sprinkler head types to better cover my yard. He didn't have enough of 1 type of head and came back within the time he committed to complete the job. Everything was covered under the 'Big Deal' charge except the replacement of the broken heads. I had him come back in June to replace the outdated control unit and move some sprinkler heads. The cost for this was less than $200. I would recommend Lawn Irrigation to anyone without reservation.

Brian was great with communication and letting me know when he would be available. He came out once and helped figure out a few issues we had with the plumbing, but he couldn't find the leak. He came back another day and found the leak, repaired it, (sent me a text with a picture since i was at work) and replaced all the broken heads. He did a full diagnostic on the system and now it works great. I will definitely be using him again to take care of my sprinkler system.

Contacted Brian to turn irrigation system on once warm weather came in early Spring. We needed someone that could do it ASAP because we have a new lawn (new constructed house) and lawn was in poor condition, so we wanted to get an early start on getting our grass growing so our housing division would not complain. Brian was very responsive and came out right away (maybe within three days of calling). He was very professional and kind. I told him of some issues I was having with some of the heads...they were leaking once the water was turned off. He provided information on why and how to correct to the problem. The problem directed us back to the Irrigation company that installed the system. He recommended us contacting the company back and having them fix the problems. He didn't want my warranty to be voided if he touched anything. I did just that and the company that installed it ultimately left all the problems for us to solve (may see who the company is on my reviews).Brian came back out and fixed the most urgent issues and provided us with a plan on how and when to fix the other issues based on when our budget could afford to do so. A few weeks later we noticed we were having major drainage issues in our backyard. Brian came back out a few weeks later (because he was extremely busy) and relocated a few heads and changed out a few other heads to prevent so much water from going in the direction of the drainage problem.A few weeks after this we noticed we had a huge puddle of water in our front yard and one of the heads on the side of our house came completely out of the ground. Brian was unable to assist us with his service because of his schedule and other obligations, but he provided guidance on what to do and who to call. He continued to follow up with me MULTIPLE times to make sure I was taken care of.I would highly recommend Brian to anyone. The only thing I would take into consideration when hiring Brian is that he doesn't have a large crew, so if you want guaranteed prompt service or have a large excavation job, Brian might not be able to service your needs. What he will do is provide other references when he can't help you. THAT is what makes Brian unique. He wants you taken care of even if he can not be the one to do it.

Brian Ray phoned me to set up a time to start up my sprinkler system for the season. He arrived on time . Once he had the system running he made a suggestion to change one of the sprinkler heads for better coverage. This was an additional charge to the flat "Big Deal" fee. I requested that the system be left in a full manual mode so that I controlled when it ran. Brian completed the work and left.

Brian returned my initial call and subsequent call very promptly. He provided an Angie's List discount on the initial quote when I asked if one was available. I had requested that the sprinkler heads be replaced with a specific type. He brought the requested sprinkler heads and then provided excellent advice on a different type of sprinkler head to use. I went with the ones he suggested and they were much better than the ones I had requested for the type of area that needed to be watered. Brian was very knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. I've tried several other lawn irrigation companies and have not been happy with their knowledge or results so I'm quite happy to have found someone so knowledgeable and fair priced.

Brian was great about getting us scheduled for service. Our previous company had been contacted a month prior to start our system because our needs had changed. When I finally received notice by mail that they would be out at the latter part of April, I went back to Angie's List and found Brian. He understood our situation and scheduled an appointment immediately. While at our home, Brian explained everything he did and repaired a failed head. He is friendly and very knowledgable, understanding and responsive. He will be back in the fall to winterize.

Brian Ray has done work for me for over 15 years at 3 residences. He is honest, responsible, punctual, and always gets the work done right.

Brian Ray, the owner, showed up on time. We were changing lawn irrigation companies, as our old company never showed up to do the work. So our large yard was entirely new to Brian. He was pleasant and professional and walked through the entire yard with me, testing each sprinkler head. Several had to be moved, rearranged, replaced, or repaired. The work was all completed in a couple hours. Will definitely use again!

Everything was GREAT!! They were responsive, punctual and professional. We could not be more pleased and highly recommend this company.

Brian did a fantastic job and was very friendly. He worked hard for two days straight in the worst of this summer's heat. He even got stung by a wasp while looking at some poorly installed lighting. The system now works perfectly and we will try to work with Brian to have him come out and do some landscape lighting.

Extremely responsive - great customer service.

He shuts it off in the fall before the winter. He does any needed repairs or maintenance. He is very professional and pleasant, and nice to deal with. He is there whenever I need him, and is very accommodating when it comes to scheduling. I have never been disappointed with his service.
