Description of Work: I contacted Brian to repair a broken pipe from failing to winterize sprinkler system. Brian was very responsive and helpful. He took the time to talk me through the problem and was able to diagnose the problem before he ever arrived at my house. No underground pipes had frozen but a pipe above ground had frozen and subsequently snapped. After fixing the repair, Brian took the time to set up the sprinkler system correctly (the system was new to us).

Description of Work: I have nothing but the highest praise for Brian. He is self employed. It is his own little company. He did a fantasitc job. He has done some extras, like I needed a cap for my sewer pipe. He took it upon himself to get it and put it on. It is a little thing but it means a lot. He adjusted the watering for the hot days we been having here. He is reasonable in price. He is a very pleasant men. I have been totally pleased with him.

Description of Work: He has done lawn irrigation and lighting for me. He turns my water on in the spring and off in the fall. Most recently I had a problem with the timers on my light and an irrigation problem. He spent a good deal of time on it and didn’t charge me nearly as much as he should have. He was able to fix it without having to replace anything.

Description of Work: He maintained the irrigation system at my old house. When I moved to my new home he installed my irrigation system and maintains it.

Description of Work: I had another company put in a rose bed for me. Brian from Lawn Irrigation put in all of the watering system. He was out last week to tweak something and the price listed was for that visit.
