The fernco still was not the problem because the problem happened again. It was good for 2 months, then the problem happened again. They came right out. The next plumber that came out said that the fernco was a two dollar part, I was ripped off. His customer service was friendly. His wife handled everything as far as setting up the appointment and stuff like that. They did put my fence back in place, other than that they did not fix the problem. Six weeks after he came out, I called him back out and he said that my toilet was full of baby wipes. I told him that I don't have a baby, so I don't use baby wipes. He told me that this would not happen again after he fixed it the first time. I don't feel like it should be happening again. He said that he could have just charged me but he didn't. Of course it happened again after he fixed it the second time. They're very professional. I wouldn't use them never in life. There were two workers that came out. It took two and a half to three hours to complete the work.
