Description of Work: I did not renew my contract from last year but they continue to come out and charge you with out notification that will visit. IF YOU WHAT TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT YOU HAVE TO NOTIFY THEM.

THEY TOOK CARE OF OUR LAWN FOR 4 OR 5 YEARS. THIS YEAR, THOUGH, EVERYTHING FELL APART. THERE ARE FERTILIZER BURN AREAS. WE HAVE GRUB DAMAGE, WEEDS, AND CRAB GRASS. THEY HAVE BEEN VERY LACKADAISICAL. HAVE BEEN BAD AT RESPONDING TO OUR CONCERNS. THEY HAVE NEVER ASKED WHAT THEY CAN DO TO MAKE US HAPPY AND KEEP US AS A CUSTOMER. ITS A GOOD THING MY HUSBAND DIDNT CALL - HE WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM ALL FS!!! PRICES WENT UP THIS YEAR, BUT QUALITY WENT DOWN.
