I've been meeting with Crystal on a regular basis for over 2 months. She is their Massage Therapist and works along with the Physical Therapists at the center. Depending on the level of pain and what areas need to be addressed she does an excellent job and asks you to let her know if the therapy is too intense or she needs to increase it. She has been with Bloomington Hospital Rehabilitation for several years and does an excellent job. She's incredibly caring and since I am somewhat inhibited she makes you feel very comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone. I try to see her weekly or especially bi-weekly. Once my knee is replaced on August 8th I plan to do my follow-up therapy at this location and also my massage therapy.

Sleep study for sleep apnea showed I needed machine. They scheduled me for a machine the next week and have been using since. They followed up weekly and scheduled me to see doctor within 1 week when I stated I needed a change. So far everything went well. They were all very nice and efficient.

They have tons of specialists & my child was able to be treated in one place rather than have to bounce from hospital to hospital.

Bunny Sheets was extremely helpful She took the time to talk to us and listen without making us feel rushed. She suggested testing for better medication management and that is something we had not had before. She gave us her number and said to call her if we had any questions and when we did call her there was a response right away. When we call the front desk there is a person answering not a machine. I really liked this office!

The scan went fine. The office staff was very helpful and friendly. The technician was very polite and professional. He made me feel at ease with the procedure. I would use them again for any similar test my doctor might order.

The doctor and staff is very friendly here and the lab staff are caring people.

iU North is great - good sevice, very clean, great staff and amazingly good food.

Dr. Park really take the time to explain things to my daughter in ways that she will understand. She takes great notes and always seems to remember things about my daughter and what is going on in her life. She has a wonderful bedside manner and seems very knowledgeable.

Lab work was never delivered to physician and phone calls to resolve issue were not returned.

My child was thoroughly looked at. The nurse practitioner is always so friendly and good with the kids, knowing how to keep them occupied/attention diverted in order to get good looks in their ears and throat.

As far as I know there weren't any complications and they've been very patient and understanding with billing as well. Just so anyone reading knows, this was at the IU Morgan hospital.

They focus on children and specialize in everything and are very good. They are very focused on your children. The doctors there are excellent. All the staff there are focused on young people. the last time I was there was about a year ago.

I've been to several different doctors there, and I've always had a good experience.

I can't give it a high enough rating. We have used them for 16 years. They are so caring, and loving. They are always there for us. They are always available whenever I call. The service is absolutely outstanding. If there was a problem with my daughter. I have called the doctors, and they are out with their children, but they call back. If there was any problem, they call every hour or 2 hours checking on us. They are like family to me. They always worked out the problem. They took my daughter an extra 2 years beyond the age that they do.

he is always willing to give me what I want as far as advice and after care .

I have been going to see him for about 8 years. The quality of his service, attitude, and bedside manner are all exceptional.

He has been my doctor for about 5 years now. His interpersonal skills are great. He takes the time to sit down, make eye contact, and really listen. Occasionally when I've called to get in there and he's not available so I have had to schedule with other people based off his availability.

I see Dr. Kathy Miller. She is brilliant and saving my life! I have been going here for 10 years now.

They only do this initially. And then, after they do an exam, the doctor follows up and does read them because it is necessary for the result. The doctors there are very good and thorough. I have been going there for almost 20 years.

They are really good. They make things very simple by consolidating all my bills. They answer all my questions really easily and their system makes it simple to do things. My doctor is very smart, takes good decisions and has good bedside manner. Their staff members are very friendly and approachable. They actually want to help where as in other doctor's offices they get tired answering all the phone calls and questions from sick people all the time.

The emergency room can get slow due to triage......but that is to be expected. We (everyone) always want to be next seen.

We agreed on the diagnosis and treatment, and everything was dealt with quickly and successfully.

First off, I just want to say thank you to all the staff at the hospital upon our initial arrival on Sunday. They did their very best due to my wife's pain to get her the medicine she needed. She needed medicine right away, because on a scale of 1 to 10, she was at a 10 in pain and they rushed and got everything is fast as possible understanding her pain. We would like to say thank you to the doctors that were on call. Both of the doctors did awesome job and all of the nursing staff. We spent 2 1/2 days at the hospital and they fulfilled my wife's every need everything right on time, if not before. The room service and housecleaning staff were very professional and very on time. They also have an outstanding coffee bar and cafeteria with great food great people. We will definitely use this hospital for the birthing of our baby which is due in less than 20 weeks! Thank you again everyone!

I use IU health for many things - my endocrinologist is Dr. Cavaghan and she is amazing. I love her and her staff. She always takes a lot of time to understand what is going on with me and my diabetes and she is available through email, etc.... I have also used other providers for other things at IU and I have yet to be disappointed in any of them

All the doctors are good. I deal with them on a daily basis. There's something about the IU Health System where they hire doctors that talk to patients. I've never dealt with that before where I go in there and somebody who has no good bedside manner, but for the most part, in IU Health System, all the doctors are very friendly and are very helpful. The doctors spend the necessary time to individuals, they don't hurry up. I spent an hour and a half with one doctor. This is the doctor where they provide their email, their phone number, they call me personally and tell me what's going on. I have interaction with them through email and I could email them right now and expect the answer probably within 24 hours.
