We were taken in immediately and taken in a room. Once there, we waited quite a while and the process seemed slow, but my son was fine and they had a TV and books to help keep him occupied. He was also given a very soft stuffed bear with the Clarian North logo on a paw which he loved. They put some anesthetic on cotton directly on the wound before giving some shots around the area and then doing the stitches. The nurses distracted him by having him count, and the actual procedure itself took mere minutes for the 7 stitches. We went here hoping that this emergency room would have pediatricians staffed. This was not the case, but they do see a lot of kids and clearly have experience with children.

I'm still alive so I think my experience has been favorable. He is very knowledgeable. He was referred to me by a retired urologist and he is held in high regards.

From start to finish, everyone I encountered was very professional and easy to talk to. They seemed generally concerned for your well being and also seemed to enjoy their job. They talked with you about exactly what they were doing. The food was good and was always brought to me within the time they indicated. All the nurses were wonderful and took excellent care of me.

Dr. Priddy spent time to understand my symptoms and lifestyle. She was very good in explaining HRT options for treatment of menopausal symptoms and was willing to adjust medication to comply with my desire to use non-synthetic hormones.

Good experience. My little girl was treated on a Saturday. They treated her and we went home with her fine. The $799 is pre-insurance costs. The wait was a little long, but I guess you can expect that for an ER. I think Clarian has the best medical care and services by far (compared with other local health care competitors).

Doctor Kennedy is my wife's doctor. They have a great staff. Doctor Kennedy is very competent, and she is also very compassionate and understanding.

They were very responsive and gave good medical advice.

They were fantastic. I walked in and they got me in a wheel chair and wheeled me back to a room. They had me X-rayed in about thirty minutes of being there. Luckily it was only a sprain so they wrapped it and put it in an air cast. The doctor came in and referred me to an orthopedist. They are really kind and I never felt rushed. They will take extra time to answer any questions you may have.

The experience was great. I would give him all A's. The office is clean and tidy and staff is great to work with. We worked with the Greenwood staff. He is very good and he is a pioneer in the Indianapolis area in the DaVinci method of surgery, the use of robots, and he is very down to earth and very friendly and caring.

He is a very surportive and very kind and understanding man. I would recommend him very highly to others and I would use him again. He has a great and caring staff.

My experience at Clarian North was absolutely, without a doubt, unlike any other I have had at any other hospital or medical center. For starters, the process of checking could not have gone smoother and the employees could not have been more caring or helpful.This was especially great for me given that I was anxious to have these procedures done. Once I was taken up to the prep room, I dealt with nothing short of the finest nurses EVER. They answered all of my questions, addressed all of my concerns and made me feel at ease with what was going to happen both during and after each of the procedures. For the first time, at any hospital, I REALLY felt that the nurses cared about me and what I was going through, as opposed to just going through the motions with another "warm body". In addition, the facilities were TOP NOTCH and still amaze me. I would never, ever go to any other hospital or medical facility other than Clarian North. I have had procedures performed at another hospital, so I do have a comparative perspective here. You never wish to be in the hospital for any reason, obviously. However, if you do find yourself in that position, there is nothing like Clarian North in Indianapolis (or surrounding areas).

The process was very efficient and the staff was outstanding. I had my report within 24 hours.

I went to the hospital with a high fever following a month of the flu, pneumonia, etc. They admitted me and although I kept getting worse, they figured out what was wrong with me and did everything they could to get to the root of the problem. The food was excellent and the room was great (flat screen television, DVD player, pull-out bed for guests, a mini-fridge, etc). Everything was immaculate and the care was exemplary. The nurses and staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy and helped me get through a very serious illness.

The facility was very clean and modern. The staff was very professional and friendly.

The labor and delivery nurses were outstanding and made the experience absolutely wonderful. Clarian also has several very good lactation consultants on staff. My stay was excellent and much better than I had imagined it would be. The food wasn't fantastic, but the celebration meal provided the night of birth was a nice touch. We were also sent home with a bottle of sparkling grape juice and a personalized label with the baby's birth date, weight, etc., on it. I would definitely choose Clarian North if I needed hospital services again.

The team at Riley sees a child from every angle. A psychologist may do testing to look at learning, a social worker will gather information about the family's concerns, a doctor will look at the child and do a medical history, a speech therapist will assess the child if needed. Also if a parent's concerns involve fine motor skills an occupational therapist will evaluate the child. A dentist, nutritionist, and audiologist may also be on hand if needed to address concerns. I highly recommend the development center at Riley to any family who has developmental or learning concerns about their child. They will provide you with a comprehensive assessment and complete picture of what is going on with your child.

At first our service went well. Later, we were treated very badly, especially by one doctor in particular, who when my daughter's A1C was high, and I asked for advice on how to get the message of importance across, the doctor literally told me, that if I couldn't handle my daughter, who was 14 at this time, that maybe she should go live somewhere else! I was in tears! It was the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life with any kind of medical staff. Appts, if you miss one, are 3 months out! You can't get in for 3 months if you are already a patient in their system. If you are a new patient, you get in right away; could be the insurance changes as well, though. As a result of all this, we switched to Dr. Riggs at St. Vincents hospital and they have been very nice to work with so far.

Wonderful - they treated him like a prince and were very caring.

Great . . . we showed up early, was seen on time. The appointment lasted approximately 1 hour, as scheduled. The outcome was positive.
