They have treated me so well all this time. I don't have anything but praises to sing for them. Their cost changes from year to year. I think the monthly rate is going down for me next year. They have been very considerate. Yesterday, I had a doctor's appointment and the telephone calls got mixed up and I wasn't able to keep the appointment and when I called to change it, they offered another one and it worked. They're just very easy to work with. When I was doing radiation, I had to change my schedule a couple of times and it was never a problem. I was never made to feel that I was causing a problem and they were very kind to accommodate me. Everything they told me has worked out the way they said. I haven't run into any problems with their coverage. I would definitely continue using them.

I was able to get a same day appointment, that was a plus. The doctor and staff was very understanding and patient. They helped a lot and made me feel better.

It goes well. He is gentle and concerned. He and his nurse have a great system going and it is over almost before it starts with little to no discomfort.

I needed to have more tests performed. The hospital is clean and the personnel are very professional.

Their insurance is really not good in terms of choosing a doctor and it takes forever to get in with these people. The administrative work for them is really bad; it's, like, almost chaotic. The doctors themselves are really good, but from the time I call until I see the doctor--it's all bad. I lost the insurance but I still have the insurance for my kid.

I really needed to see the doctor a week earlier but couldn't get through the scheduler to make an appointment. When I got through, they couldn't get me in until a week later. I arrived 15 minutes early as requested. The waiting room was awful, small, crowded, felt dirty, not enough space for the back up of patients. The appointment started an hour late. The Dr. was excellent and her staff was competent and friendly. I don't know yet what the bill will be.

I had the option to do the procedure downtown closer to my home, or to go to Avon and be put to sleep for the surgery. The nurses in Avon were right there with me the whole time, comforting me and holding my hand. They also did a lot of follow up.

I've been going to her for more than 20 years. They get new doctors all the time. I really like her and her professionalism. She has really helped me in all kinds of ways including emotionally and with illnesses. I really love her. I almost had to change insurances and almost lost her. I almost had a breakdown practically. I usually get in when I need to pretty much every time. Sometimes she runs behind. She is very compassionate. I will always use this practice.

Our daughter has been seeing Riley doctors for 9 years. She has had 3 tympanoplasty surgeries performed there as well. She has always received excellent care by top doctors and surgical teams and I would not go anywhere else. They cater to children and their families and do everything they can to make a hospital stay as comfortable as possible.

The hospital staff was awesome. I would highly recommend them for any hospital stay.

The waiting room of the hospital was very clean and looked brand new. Also the services received by the staff and doctor were both punctual and professional.

The entire visit was excellent.

I saw this specialist for 10 years. I live in kokomo and decided to try someone locally. In the end I find the 1 hour drive is worth it for the care I get from IU Health.

Dr. Pease was personable and knoweledgeable.

I go 4-5 days a week. It is very affordable and run by young people that are in the medical professional and it is really well done. They have good equipment and fix people in the right program whether it is cardiac or pulmonary. The price is real good.

Everything went very well. Hospital itself is attractive without being lavish, and has a comfortable atmosphere. All staff members - both medical and office related - were friendly, efficient, and professional. If needed I would definitely use again.
