I arrived at 6am. Got Aspirin in ambulance, then at ER given anti nasua medication, was put in and left in screened off area, asked if I could drive home at 10am, said still not well, asked me at noon if I felt like leaving, I said felt worse and appeared to be having a stroke. The nurse left to talk to doctor, who arrived nearly an hour later. This is called "the golden hour" but at this ER it was "the golden nap hour". No anti stroke medication given, but later took me to i.c.u. for 3-4 days, also CAT. . One of the RN'S in ICU and said can't be quoted but find an attorney, on TV if necessary. A friend had very serious auto wreck a few months later near Brownsburg and the ambulance drove him PAST Hendricks And IU-Clarian West and on to Methodist - much farther away. I wish the ambulance driver I had knew to do that. i have heard from various medical people that IU West is a great boutique hospital, great for rhinoplasty, boob enlargement, acne, similar, but not for serious medical issues. Had I known I would have started with my Vet or Immediate Care as performance would be better. Insurance company was C+.

Closer to home. Doctors office set it up.

The staff are amazing. From labor and delivery, to post-partum, to the NICU, everyone was great. Wonderful facilities. Even the food is good!!!

The intake person was extremely nice and helpful. The nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me.

This could have been a horrible experience, but it wasn't. The nursing staff was amazing. The hospitalist was amazing. They made me comfortable, answered my questions, and kept me four days to recover because of complications. I don't remember much pain, I do remember happy faces that took excellent care of me. If I have other problems...if I need more surgery, I will insist it be at IU Arnett Hospital.

IU Health has an excellent nursing staff they are very caring and accommodating.

So far so good. Planning on treatment and hopefully all will be well.

They did blood work, x-rays, etc. They are really good and on top of things. They make you comfortable while you are waiting.

Surgery was completed, but due to a healing issue my stay lasted for 5 days. The nursing care during that time was excellent. The staff was always friendly and upbeat. During shift changes they made sure that they identified themselves to me and let me know what care I was going to be receiving. At one point I was having problems with a stomach tube and it had to be replaced. This occurred late at night, but there was staff available to do the replacement. In less than 2 hours I had the old tube out and a new one in and back in my room to sleep for the night. They did an excellent job. Overall I was happy with the care that I was given.

I got right in with very brief wait, even though their West Lafayette location is closed for move to a new location. The doctor was good and spent plenty of time with me, though he did not perscribe the antibioic that had licked this in the past. What was perscribed did not allow me to sleep at night, and I had to stop taking it after 3 nightss of no sleep. I let the infection run its course and my body healed it up on its own.

The service went really good and I had good experience there. The staff there are nice, cordial and professional.

I have been going to Dr. Marguerite K. Shepard for over thirty years and she is really good. She is very thorough and takes her time to ask and answer any and all questions. I can discuss anything at all with her and we are very comfortable with that. She recommends bone scans or any other tests she feels I need depending on any symptoms I may have at that particular visit. If she feels I need to give a urine sample or a particular blood test, I get that and she has phoned me herself at home from time to time. Her staff people are excellent and always return messages promptly. She is more like a good friend than a doctor! I would recommend her to anyone. I have been very happy with the care I have received from her.

The hospital was great. Most hospitals are so huge you get lost in them. This facility is very organized and not confusing at all. You can get to where you need to be throughout the facility within five minutes.

It has been a good experience. They are close by and I feel comfortable seeing the doctors there.

I visit Dr. Mattson every 6 months. The nursing staff there is very genuine and concerned. The whole staff's bedside manner is great. They are concerned with your well being and the total patient. I highly recommend him.

They are convenient. It is as good as any other hospital.

excellent service. doctor called ahead with orders so that it was ready to be handled as soon as i arrived. patient care was excellent. attending specialists were excellent. food was great.

I like his availability, quick service and his accurate assessment. He is an outstanding physician.

Everything went fine and they seem to take good care of her. I don't remember having a long wait and seem like all the problems are resolved and everything went good.

This review is not about this doctor and his diagnosis rather the billing department. I have been told the bill was miscoded by the billing people at the office. It has created an issue with the insurance company dishing off a larger chunk of money owed since it was not coded a routine screening it was coded a diagnosis. When trying to get all of this figured out I have been referred to the doctors billing agency HIM they transferred me back to another doctors billing department SCA, SCA then sends me back to HIM. Everyone has been nice, but they all tell me they will look into this issue but nobody ever gets back.

The surgery on the first eye went well. She scheduled the other eye and that went well. A+ as far as we are concerned.

She shared results of neuropsychological evaluation done in March. My diagnosis is Essential Tremor in hands and mouth.It primarily affects all fine motor skills. She ordered an MRI of my brain to better see what might be going on, based on summary of neuropsych. evaluation. Unfortunately none of the seven medications we've tried have not worked. (She says that if it were a typical Essential Tremor, one of those should have been effective.) It is NOT Parkinson's Disease. I have been very pleased with her care. In spite of the fact that my condition has not changed, Dr. Zauber continues to explore possibilities. She is the 3rd neurologist I've seen, and the best.

I just had a baby about a week ago, so, I had lots of appointments with her in the last year, and she is very considerate listening to my concerns. She had good bedside manner, and explained things very well. It has been a very pleasant experience.

He was very friendly and quick to kind of move the process along. I had a breast lump that I had to have removed, and he was very good. I was pregnant at the time, and he was very good about being considerate of the child I was carrying and working with the different doctors like my OB and anesthesiologist to make sure that everything was safe for me and the baby. He was also informative and had a good bedside manner.

Andrew Hart MD is a really good guy. He's very friendly and he's almost always on time. He just a nice guy and he seems to be pretty thorough.
