EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! Nothing but Good Results from this provider.

I would highly recommend using them. I purchased a deal from Angie's List and they worked with me to add additional TVs at a great rate. I ended up having them mount 3 TVs. After you take the cost of the mount and the wiring into consideration, they are a very fairly priced option to avoid having to mount the TV yourself. The finished product looked great and they were very accommodating of my schedule. They actually did the service on a Saturday morning which was very helpful. I would definitely use them again.

From my first contact with Joel to having the job completed, I was extremely pleased! He is extremely professional and helpful! He answered all of my questions and gave me the best advice as to what to buy, etc. It was only about a week from my original contact with him to having the job totally completed!!

They came quickly and on time. They helped me decide on how high to put it. Our TV looks great now!

Joel and his co-worker were very professional and prompt. They were able to complete the work 3 days ahead of schedule. My TV was still in the box and they took care of everything. Joel even set up my TV for me.....he even showed me some tips on it. I would definitely recommend Joel. Great price ran by great people!

Exceptional service. Progressed business transaction through email correspondence. Mr. Dimpfl was prompt, professional, and thorough in his correspondence. Set installation time, and he arrived on-time with all parts necessary to complete work. He completed work, cleaned up, programmed my remote devices, and ensured I knew how the mount and remotes worked. Furthermore, he provided me with a screen cleaning kit to clean my TVs (a nice touch). Highly recommend his services should a member need them, and would contract him again without concerns.

Joel was terrific. He was punctual, offered good ideas for how to deal with the television and audio system. He cleaned the area of the drywall dust,etc from the installation, wore foot covers in the house. His price was reasonable, Would highly recommend.

It was good. My husband was there but as far as I can remember everything was done professionally. They came out within a couple of week of purchasing the Big Deal. I think we had to pay extra to get something recessed into the wall. Everything has been perfect since it was completed.

Joel did an amazing job. I can't see any cords anywhere! He was prompt, informative and did an excellent job. He wired everything behind the wall into a lower cabinet making the entire installation look wireless. I couldn't be happier and he couldn't have been nicer. He cleaned up everything before he left and even provided longer connecting cables for my old VHS and DVD player as well as an extra HDMI cable for future expansion. I would definitely recommend Joel if you are considering wall mounting a TV.

He did a great job! Showed up on time, asked what he was to perform ahead of time so he would have the right equipment and supplies. He was clean and courteous. Would have him perform the same task again.

Joel was very professional and efficient. He explained exactly what he was doing through each step to ensure I was satisfied with the placement. I wasn't sure how the sound bar was going to look, but it turned a great. The attention to detail was impressive. The final product speaks for itself. I'm glad I selected Indy TV Mount.

Joel installed a 55" flat screen and did a terrific job. His attention to detail is very good and is open with suggestions, without trying to figure out a way to get more money out of you. Additionally, he connected all audio and video components we have.... receiver, CD player, tape player (who uses those), cable box, DVD and yes, a VCR. For optimal compatibility purposes he also moved a DVD player we had in the basement to our great room and took the DVD in the great room to the basement . When complete we had a beautifully installed TV and no cords showing. Joel also took time to instruct us on how different components were connected and what we would need to do to access each one. I would gladly use Joel again and would recommend him to friends.

Joel did an excellent job. He was on time and the cost was exactly the same as the estimate. He was very professional at all times. He discussed exactly what he was going to do to ensure everything was hung at the correct height. After he finished he showed me how the mount worked in case we bought a larger tv in the future. I would highly recommend Joel.

Joel was great! He gathered all of the information he needed about our TV and the intended location when we made the appointment, so he had everything he needed to get right to work when he arrived. On the morning of the appointment he called to let us know he'd be about 15 minutes late. I appreciated the courtesy and consideration for our time. He was finished within an hour and made sure we understood the new outlets and the capacity of the mounting bracket, should we ever decide to upgrade the TV. We talked about this project for 3 years before we saw this Big Deal and decided to give it a try. We expected it to be more complicated than it was and couldn't be more pleased. We would hire Joel again without hesitation.

Joel was amazing to work with. Easy to schedule and very responsive. Once the appointment was scheduled he arrived promptly and got the TV mounted in less than 30 minutes. Very easy to work with an even got a quote for future work we are most likely to use them for. Highly recommend.

Technicians arrived on time and were both very professional and courteous. Installation took less than an hour. Lead tech Joel asked great questions as far as where I wanted the TV, how high and when finished he explained how to adjust it if ever needed. Cleaned up everything. Never would have known they were here. Looks great!

Joel was outstanding. He responded promptly to the Angie's List deal that I purchased and was able to schedule my installation quickly. He called me to discuss the project ahead of time. On the day of the appointment he called to let me know that he was on his way and he arrived at the scheduled time. His work was professional and quickly done. He clearly has a lot of knowledge in this area that other professionals don't and he and was able to give me exactly the setup I asked for. He explained the process and asked if I had any questions and even cleaned up after he was done. His work was appropriately priced and looked great when it was finished. Before leaving, he consulted with me on some prospective fixes for an installation that another provider had done in the past and talked me through some other prospective projects. I will definitely have him back out for future projects.

Joel was FANTASTIC! I had called Geek Squad (I couldn't find a vender on Angies List to contact for this problem which I hope Angies List has resolved.) GS came out and gave me several options but still with the receivers still sitting on the mantels. One week later I saw Joel's ad on Angies list and he followed up 1 day later with a phone call. He thought that there would not be a problem wiring from what we had discussed. We scheduled 3 days later and he did the jobs perfectly in no time. I have receivers in the book cases with no ugly wires hanging from the TVs. PLUS, I was having trouble w my internet signal on my iPad and he helped resolve that problem as well! I had the wrong modem from Comcast...imagine.? Joel made for me what I thought was an almost impossible problem into a few hours of everything just the way I wanted it. I will be calling Joel for any other concerns I have and will be recommending him to my BAND OF NEIGHBORS! Great guy, very professional and walks you thru all of the options at the very best price.
