Really well. The TV was big and I couldn't mount it myself. They came out, remounted the TV and optimized the way our components are connected. They were very prompt returning my initial phone call, and worked with my schedule to get here at a convenient time.

They were on time and did all the work quickly. Very pleased with the service. I have metal studs in the apartment walls, and it was not an issue. Showed me how to adjust the tv and mount, and how to remove it from the wall if needed. Mount to support a large 65" tv was included in the price.

Contacted Joel from Indy Mount TV and they were able to schedule us within 2 weeks. They arrived on time and went straight to work. They mounted 2 TV's and a shelf for each. The wiring was hidden and it is a nice clean look. They cleaned up after they were finished. They were very thorough and did a fantastic job! Would use them again for sure. They also programmed my Uverse remote, which we haven't taken the time to do since we moved.

Joel arrived promptly at 9:00 AM. He was very informative and answered every question we had about the placement of the 65" TV. He and his helper carried the old TV to a storage room and carefully unpacked the new TV. We were totally satisfied with his expertise and professionalism.

Went very well. He actually checked to make sure everything was working. Programmed sound bar remote. Never rushed. Everything looks great and works.

These guys were awesome! They called ahead to make sure that it was ok to come earlier, which it was, even though one of the televisions had not been delivered yet. Guys came immediately and asked me several questions to clarify exactly what I needed, and even suggested some ideas that I had not considered. They got to work immediately mounting the basement TV. My other TV arrived later than the time window given by Best Buy, (with no call from the delivery drivers--Best Buy stinks,) but the guys from Indy TV Mount were very understanding and waited in their vehicle until the other TV arrived. They wore footies on their shoes the entire time, as to not track dirt through the house, (which the delivery drivers contracted by Best Buy did NOT do, by the way.) Both televisions were installed to my exact specifications, and the guys were polite and patient throughout the process. Indy TV Mount LLC is a class act all the way, and you should not even CONSIDER using another provider for this service. If you want it done right, use Indy TV Mount! (And never get an online order delivered by Best Buy!)

I called and spoke with Joel to arrange the appointment. He was very informative and was very eager to answer any questions or concerns I had. He made me an appointment within just a few days of my call and actually was able to arrive a couple of hours ahead of schedule. Joel and his associate were extremely of professional, skillful, and friendly. Joel made some suggestions for mounting the TV which were excellent, and we are exceptionally pleased with our new viewing experience!!!!!

Joel and his team were awesome! From the initial phone call to the install, they were complete professionals. We had Joel come out to do a consult on mounting our flat screen to our brick fireplace. Joel was very flexible on the scheduling and called before he arrived as promised. The consultation actually turned into an installation, as they had an opening and worked us in right then and there. Joel and his team worked efficiently and accurately, mounting and wiring the tv with expert precision. We are very happy with the final product and would recommend Joel to anyone! Joel was prompt, courteous and attentive to our needs. He called ahead as promised, arrived on time, wore shoe covers in the house and cleaned up after completing the job. He worked efficiently and was in and out in about 1 hour. He also offered an opinion on mounting another TV over our fireplace and we will probably be doing it soon. Joel and his helper were great. Very nice and personable. Joel put frame above fireplace and made sure it was center. since our home is older we could not put wiring into brick. So Joel put all wires into a plastic case so we don't see them. Looks Great. I will use them again. P.S. they are cheaper than Best Buy. Great Job! Thanks

Joel Dimpfl and his staff were great. They were prompt in returning messages. Came to my home on time. Brought all the necessary equipment, wiring, etc. to install wlll brackets, electrical outlets and then mount the TVs. They were very neat and cleaned up before leaving. Joel was great! Highly recommend his services.

I literally cannot say enough good things about Indy Tv Mounts. Joel was incredibly accommodating and thought of every last detail. They were responsive, flexible and clearly a top notch service. I was skeptical we could even mount our TV in our new home but Joel provided us with all of the options to ensure our TV was at the right height, had the right tilt and had all wires hidden in a front closet. My wife even says she would have bet $1000 that she wouldn't have been convinced it was an option, but we are SO happy with the outcome. Look no further! You will not regret using Indy TV Mount!

I saw the review on Joel Dimpfl in Angie's book. I called Joel Dimpfl to come out to provide a quote to mount my TV over the fireplace. He was very professional and prompt. He provided me a written quote of $225. I hired him and he returned to install my TV. He was very knowledgeable, and polite and extremely thorough. He took time to explain how to use the remote control and made sure we were satisfied with the finished work. I also asked him to relocate my VCR which he did for an extra $20. He made sure it worked correctly and showed also how to use it with the remote. I would definitely recommend Joel and would use him again in a heartbeat!

Everything went smoothly, and the work is top-quality. Joel and his crew were very professional and friendly, not to mention incredibly helpful with setting up the electronics and making sure everything functions as it should. I will definitely hire this company again for future work.
