The service was excellent. Very professional and walked me through the process. I was very surprised they were able to run all the wires and none were exposed. Great service and I will be calling again very soon for some stereo equiptment. Call them!!!

The installation went EXTREMELY well. Joel and his assistant arrived exactly on time, and were highly efficient and knowledgeable in the installation of the TV (including hookup to cable, DVD player, etc.). He asked questions at certain points to make sure that I was satisfied, and went so far as to explain how to operate the new TV. Joel also said I could call at any time with questions and that he would correct any problems that may occur as a result of installation (which I don't expect because of his quality work). HIGHLY recommend.

The work was done quickly, and to my complete satisfaction. Joel, who installed the unit, was highly professional, courteous and quite knowledgable. I asked his opinion on a second television in a different room and he advised me as to the best course of action. A top-knotch company in every respect.

He showed up on time, called 30 minutes before he was going to be at my house and started working right away. Took about 2 hours to get everything done and he cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend them to others.

I made the appointment a week ago and they were great about finding a time that worked for me. They showed up on time and as indicated, they were done in three hours. Really simple and really impressed.

These guys are top notch. I can't begin to stress how happy we are with their services. I first talked to Joel a couple of months ago when we were considering replacing the drywall around our fireplace with stone. I wanted to know what would be involved in mounting a tv if we installed the stone. He walked me through it and told me to give him a shout when it was ready and they'd make it look great. That might be the understatement of the day! We finished the stone install and Indy TV Mount was there a few day later. They brought a couple of different brackets because we weren't sure what we wanted. He made a recommendation and was dead on. My wife was home for the install and said they were great. I came home from work to a beautiful fireplace TV mount! I would hire these guys again in a second!

Joel answered promptly and but me on his schedule. He even gave me a courtesy call to confirm the appointment. I had major back problems the day he came. I let him do his thing while I hobbled around my house. Everything looked great, no surprises and he cleaned up after himself and even gave me some free screen cleaners for my TV. If every small business owner cared as much as Joel does about his services, maybe they would be more successful. Probably going to have him mount another tv in my master bedroom

Joel was very courteous over the phone. I called on Thursday and he scheduled the installation for Monday. He showed up on time; called before coming. He and his help wore shoe protectors while in the house. He even brought in his own vacuum to clean up the shavings from his drilling! They worked fast, answered all my questions and were very professional. We had a leftover cable that was coming out of the wall below the tv and Joel graciously put a blank electrical plate over the hole until we get a drywall patch over it. He is a class act and very professional! I will happily use him in the future!!!

They arrived, asked particulars about where to hang and went to work. There were two men and it took them a couple of hours from start to finish. I left them alone and my husband was with them when the job was done. They made a pretty good mess due to the all the holes drilled for the mount and wires but cleaned the floor pretty good when they were done. They were polite and friendly. My reason for a 4 on quality is that i can see one wire sticking out from the bottom of the tv, but it is very minimal. They also left a white mark of the wall below the tv, I assume from the dust. Other than that they did a great job, and I imagine the dust on the wall can't be avoided. The big deal they offered was considerably less expensive than other companies I had quote for the same job.

We had Joel hang a TV mount above our fireplace in a new home and ran the cable box/dvr/internet through the TV into our laundry room. Joel was great from start to finish. We changed our appointment on him a couple of times and he was great about rescheduling. He knows his stuff and even talked my husband out of buying a bigger TV for the mantel. That was worth the Page of Happiness in it's self! Thanks Joel!

I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for mounting a tv to the wall. They were very responsive and came out the day after I called! They added an electrical outlet behind the tv, and ran all of the other cords through the wall so they wouldn't be seen. They did a great job. It was quick, and they cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely hire them to do our other tv when the time comes.

AWESOME! i spoke w/ my wife before i filed this report. Joel's price was great compared to others and we did not sacrifice any quality to hire him. i'm not exactly sure of the final bill amount, i estimated the $400 i reported, but my wife said we save money by hiring Indy TV mount over one of the big stores like Best Buy. Everything was done professionally. wiring was clean. My wife was super happy that Joel took time to go over his work guarantees and warranties. she said he was on time, nice no high pressure up sells...my said everything was 100% cool and we're considering buying another TV and hire Indy TV Mount to mount it on an exposed brick wall inside our family room. when i told my wife i was going to leave the report today she said " All A's. it went really well". thanks Joel!!! good work. enjoyed having you out.

Joel came to my home to quote mounting my new 55' TV above my fireplace. After inspection with the use of camera images of the inside of my chimney using cool gadgets Joel recommend against it due to the age of my home and fireplace (1929). He instead recommended mounting the TV in the corner using a swiveling wall bracket. We are very pleased with the end product. The new TV appears to float off the ground. Very cool! Joel always answered his phone and was on time for appointments. If we ever decide to upgrade to some sort of surround sound stereo in our living room I will definitely call Joel to do the work.

My experience with Indy TV Mount was excellent. I was able to get an appointment very quickly that worked well with my schedule. Joel was very responsive to a question via email after the appointment was already scheduled. Based on the prices displayed on the website, I knew the cost up front and there were no surprises when the final bill came. Joel and his co-worker were on time, very friendly, and efficient. They even cleaned and vacuumed the area when they were finished. The job took about 2.5 hours from start to finish. I have wanted this install for several years and it was worth the wait. The finished product is beautiful. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I have to say I was a bit dissappointed to see a Big Deal from Angies List on this company in my Inbox the morning after I had the work done because $539 is a lot of money. I am happy, however, with the service that was performed. Joel came out and gave me a free estimate before I scheduled the work. It only took a week from the time I called for Joel to come out and he did the work himself. He wore coverings on his shoes so as not to track dirt and was very knowledgable, professional and helpful. The only recommendations I would make for improvement is to cover the area where drywall is cut to minimize the dust and to bring a shop vac to clean up afterwards but I would gladly use Indy TV Mount on any future projects.

The install was perfect and could not ask for any thing better. From begininng to end, I had no issues with the service or end results.

The overall experience with Joel was very positive. He completed his initial estimate within two days of my contact and was on-site two days later doing the work. He arrived as expected and called ahead to confirm. It took a couple of trips to do all the projects and he scheduled the work to be convenient for us. Joel is definitely focused on customer satisfaction and does what it takes to get the job done "right". We got very creative in how we got the TV in the master bedroom mounted which required him to come through the closet with the cable and add power. He was also very careful working with the marble. His prices are very reasonable and the work is very good. We will definitely use him again and recommend you do too!

Fantastic Experience. Joel, the owner, was very responsive to my initial call. Scheduled an appointment to come to our home. Called to confirm he was on his way. He was very punctual and professional. When entering our home he put cover ups on his shoes. Assessed our needs immediately, diagnosed the problem, addressed the other requests, and gave a very reasonable estimate. Joel was very knowledgeable and friendly and did not try to sell us more than we needed. We have already spoken to him about doing additional work. He performed the work promptly and professionally. If you have the need for his services, he is definitely the person you should call first.
