They have been wonderful! I am getting ready to use them again. What stands out is the ability to get their products at a good price!

You have to be a member to buy from them, and they wouldn't give me a price for their membership.

Personally, I spent about 5 hours between drive time, the initial open house meeting, and a second visit to look at product pricing. In the end, it was not for me. Now I know, so I am not disappointed in visiting but I should have saved the $25 for the Angie's List coupon and gone directly to the Direct Buy website to schedule the free open house meeting.

It turned out okay. We have used their service a lot over the years.

DirectBuy is a good deal. What we saved on the cabinets was the cost of the membership fee. They were great working with us as far as the layout. The design department was fantastic as well.

The service has turned out very well. Three years ago we built a house and we were able to put all kinds of upgrades in our home through them that we would not have been able to afford otherwise. We more than made back the membership fee. They carry all the brand names and they had other brands that were top notch that I did not know anything about.

They are a franchised company that you pay a membership to in order to get reduced prices on certain items. We have been members with them for over 20 years. The benefit provided is sufficient enough to keep us paying the membership each year. The prices and the selection on the carpet is very good. They are not fully setup with the space and equipment needed for a whole home's purchase of carpet. They are fine for a couple of rooms but not for a whole house.

They helped us find what we were looking for and ordered it and made sure we had it when we needed it.

Originally, Holly assisted us with selecting our flooring in addition to Brian. Both were great. Then we picked up our flooring today. Paul helped us load our car. He was fantastic.

Holly Denihah, the designer, is awesome! All supplies came in perfect except refrigerator (no longer available, had to pay more, sent 2 back for crooked doors). Everything else perfect! Love it! Great price, granite was slow but beautiful. Granite solid surfaces, very good, used own cabinet installer, excellent. The kitchen/bath remodel was good. I would not rate all club experiences that high.

He walked into the showroom knowing very little about any of the flooring options. The receptionist, Susie, a decorator/designer, helped us begin the selection. She was very knowledgeable about products and companies. However at one, point she realized a higher level of technical info would be helpful and she asked Tom, a highly experienced expert in flooring to join the conversation. They both were very informative and patient as we took several weeks and borrowed numerous samples before making our decision. Along the way they provided referrals to installers who were highly professional and also very patient as we worked toward final decisions, overall, a very pleasant shopping and buying experience!

I have been with them for over 12 years. There is nothing I really don't like. They do provide good customer service.

Assistance was offered as soon as we arrived with suggestions.Tom was knowledgeable about all areas and offered sound advice.

Went to direct to order plumbing supplies. Everything went well.

Everything was completed in a timely manner. Carpet quality was great.

I like to find out what the manufacturing price is and see if I can get better deal from them. They do have a list of other members that can install things. They only put people that are on the list that have good feedback. If we do a huge project we can save a lot of money, but if it is mini medium it may be not so much. I got my flooring for half price. They order the products from the manufacturer and it is pretty quick and that is pretty good too. I can’t just go there and pick it up because I need to order it. I have a membership for 10 years. I can save a lot on furniture.

I got my furniture a little more than 50% less than retail. The quality of the furniture is good. Their service was fine. They were responsive, punctual and professional.

We had wonderful experience with purchase of exterior doors, very high quality and great price. When we were in the market to buy furniture I found the choices to be quite limited in the available fabrics compared to a brick and mortar furniture store. The prices were discounted by enough that it was worth settling for fabric that was not quite what we wanted. When we bought a high end luxury flooring we were left alone to deal with problems. There was no effort by Direct Buy to help us ascertain whether the product was faulty. All they did was give me the manufacturers contact info. I got the run around from the manufacturer and Direct Buy was useless in advocating for us. I had manufacturer reps come 3 different times to look at the flooring and the prep of the existing surfaces. I asked them point blank if the subfloors were prepped correctly and could not get a straight answer. After waiting almost 2 months with our floors torn up and the manufacturer being wishy washy on whether there really was a problem we finally had the flooring professionally installed and are now seeing exactly the problems that we were concerned about. When it comes to big purchases you are better off in some cases to pay the store price so that at least you can count on having access to some level of customer support. If I had it to do over I would not buy a membership.

The last item we purchased at Direct Buy was a nationally known brand Kitchen Faucet. The transaction went smoothly and we saved approximately 50% off the retail price.

The work and service was exceptional! They were on time and I was very satisfied with the end result. Their prices beat the other companies and they kept their promise of charging wholesale direct prices for the product and the service. I will definitely be using DirectBuy again.
