Phil Hodges was on time and offered wonderful design ideas to enhance the exterior of our home. We found his prices reasonable and competitive. We are looking forward to having Indianapolis Concrete get started on our project.

The estimator Dave Sandlin was on time and went over our options. He took the measurements and gave us the estimate. The project manager Josh McCarty came and explained the process, marked the site, and set up the date for the installation. Both were very professional and made sure we were getting what we needed.

IC services were an A! No issues with the services or the service personnel at all. Totally satisfied. The C grade for responsiveness relates to those who do not work at the job site. And, the overall grade of B is because, as good as the services and the service personnel were, you can't get an overall A when the field work is dragged down by the 'administrative' side. I like these people and hope to do business with them again. Just want to see their communication improve.

They responded to phone calls and set up dates and showed up on time! Gave me a date for concrete driveway expansion and didn't postpone or give estimates! Driveway looks excellent! So happy!

Rob was great to work with, took time to answer all of my questions and concerns, if i called him he answered or called me right back, and had ideas for my driveway that i had not thought about , and i did use those ideas and it looks great. and the guys that did the job were just as great. I am waiting on the honey brown sealer to be put on the exposed border, that is a 30 day wait and than it will be complete.

Excellent work from the initial estimate call, meeting with Josh, the project manager, and the two days of work by the crew. Minimal yard impact as well, which was an added bonus. Concrete work isn't cheap, but these guys do a great job.

Indianapolis Concrete provided a free quote of the proposed work and answered all questions. They met with us on site to discuss specific details of the job and, after identifying additional work, revised their quote and provided costs for optional services. They kept us well informed of timing prior to the start of the work. They kept us informed of the work's progress on the day of the porch replacement and left the work site very clean. They met with us following completion of the work to provide information on suggested maintenance and answered all questions. The entire process was handled in a highly professional and responsive manner by Indianapolis Concrete.

Indianapolis Concrete has completed an epoxy coating on our 3-car garage. Our old garage floor needed a lot of repairs and prep work. The work was amazing and they performed with a great attention to detail. A 4-part process was impressive. They do traditional epoxy chip styles, but we went with a granite look. Makes the garage look like a finished room!

They did a fantastic job from start to finish. Everyone at Indianapolis Concrete was fantastic. The office staff were great. The estimator was easy to talk to and showed up on time. The project manager was very easy to work with. The workers were nice and did a great job. This is a great company that really does things right. The estimator took the time to go over his estimate and allow me to ask questions. The price was very reasonable. After I agreed to the estimate, they had the project manager come out and go over the details of the job with me. They then put me on their schedule and called me a day ahead to let me know they were coming the next day. They showed up on time and went right to work. The guys did a great job and were careful not to disturb landscaping or the house. Over the years I have had many contractors do work at my home. From start to finish this is the best company I've had do any work.

They were very responsive to my quote inquiry. Came out within a week to provide quote and then followed with pre-construction walk through as soon as we were ready. Very courteous workers and did very nice job of not damaging grass etc.

Great! The guys came on time and worked through some rain. All the digging out was practically by hand. Concrete was laid the next day and they treated it with a sealer so that we could drive on it within 3 days. Very polite. Cleaned up everything even better than they found out. Concrete is expensive but they gave us a great quote and a discount for being an Angie's List member. We have already contracted with them to come out and power wash our driveway and re-seal....and it's not just power washing like we would do. It will be immaculate.

Oh fine, they did it last summer.

I got three estimates and they were the middle cost.. The main reason I choose them was they were the only ones that asked me to call the permits office to be sure I could do what I had in mind. Very professional. The staff was great.

The work performed far exceeded my expectations. This company has nothing but professional and I greatly appreciate all the work that Sherry, Phil, Robert did! I'm waiting on the weather to break so I can have them back out to my home to finish up and create me a new walkway and stairs for the front of my home. Their prices far exceeded anyone else in Indianapolis and I look at five different companies before coming across Indianapolis concrete.

Excellent work. We called and they came out for an estimate. The work was quickly scheduled, cracks were filled and smoothed, and it looks great. At this time we didn't want to replace our driveway, but we did no want the cracks to get bigger. This was a very reasonable approach and the cracks remain sealed.

Every person was on the same page & no surprises. Very happy.

Excellent- we're very pleased with the results. They did an excellent job with the design of the layout and with the work. The entire process was seamless.

They were always very easy to get ahold of and always prompt. From the guy who did the estimate to josh our project manager. The guys who were actually pouring the driveway even helped me move stuff from the garage so it wouldn't be in there way. The driveway was formed & poured in a day. A week later Josh came out to do a walk through of project and to explain maintenance of driveway. During the walk through it was noticed that a crack had already formed and that the level of top of driveway was lower on one side allowing water to pool there. After a few phone calls they sent someone to seal the crack. We do have a year warranty so will keep close eye on those 2 things thru the winter months. But even with those 2 small issues our driveway looks amazing!!! We have had so many people compliment on it as the drive by!! Thanks so much for bringing our driveway back to life!

Josh and crew were on time, work completed on-time with profession and skill. Customer follow up sought customer satisfaction. ICI interested in pleating customer and maintaining AL ranking.

From 1st call to company we received prompt scheduling including pre-work face-face consult with project mgr. Josh. He explained job & it was done exactly as promised. cleaned up was spotless. Professional from start to finish.

I reached out to multiple contractors for bids and quotes. Some folks weren't even interested in this small project. ICI provided a great initial bid for the job. I further worked with Josh, the project manager, to keep costs down and I did all the demo work and laid the plastic. The guys were very nice, respectable, and did a clean job. They put down plastic whereever they were walking and between houses to keep things protected. They troweled the slab smooth and remembered not to seal it so I can paint it later. I will definitely use these guys again for all my future work. As an Architect I meet many companies and don't recommend unless its the best.

Everyone was on time and seemed well informed. Nice people repair looks great-time will tell how it holds up, but I'm optimistic. It have a 1 year warranty.
