Description of Work: Contacted Mr. O'Brien to obtain an estimate for interior painting. I left a message in the early morning and my call was returned around noon. He suggested a time for the estimate, which would accommodate his schedule. I made arrangements to be present for the estimate and hi did not show up, nor did he call. I waited over an hour and called him. His statement was that he'd gotten busy sorting our paint cans and just forgot our the appointment. He did perform the estimate later in the day. His explaination for his rates was suspect..."ceilings cost so much more because everything has to be covered up and that takes so much time." I was wanted estimates for a living room, hallway and bedroom. There was nothing to be covered in the hallway and the bedroom was very simple, a bed and a couple of pieces of furniture and, I believe that living room was simple as well. I have painted those areas myself and had everything moved and covered in less than 15 minutes, including the floor. Both my husband and I were disappointed with his explaination and his estimate due to his explaination.
